Well I have cleaned cache, cleaned out cookies, run a scan, run virus scan, run Malware, and spyware checks. I have also stopped the ad blocker,

I have used different Browsers i.e Internet Explorer, Chrome, and Firefox... I have even used a different Computer.

I still can not get on The game.. I'm guessing I havent spent enough money on the game for anyone from support to give a care and return my messages....

I had to delete the Game App from my computer using uninstall, now when I go to download the app it states its already on my computer however I did a search and it is not. I cleared Cache etc, followed all your instructions, rebooted etc, any ideas

Hello!

Please try looking for a file called 'Plariumplaysetup' in your Downloads folder (as soon as it's a default folder). You should delete it, and install the .exe file from here

Nevertheless, even if the app wasn't deleted completely, the download process should start anyway. Thus, we would appreciate a screenshot of the mentioned error.

The feature that causes the issue: Plarium App, loaded here: https://plarium.com/en/plarium-play/


What actually happened: Since 2 months i try to get the updated app to running. I have several times installed and uninstalled. The game only charges 80% and that's it.


If you uninstall the app, you will be asked, why you do it. I answered well. However, there is no feedback from the support. Today I requested the support again directly. Currently there is an offer for a few hours, which I would like to perceive.

Sorry to hear about your problem. I asked and we have no further ideas at the moment. Please, allow the Support to try to help you, and let me know if they don't respond by the next week. In that case, please include your ticket ID, so I can ask my community manager to poke them a bit for you.

I know that this is too late for that offer, but there is really nothing we can do with that right now. On the bright side, Plarium keeps making new offers, so that shouldn't be a problem. Also, when the Support helps you, ask them if there is anything they can do about it.

thanks for the attention, the support has been reported. unfortunately, the proposed measures do not lead to success either. well, then i'm waiting for the next update of the app. with the penultimate it worked, with this not.

@Papsen, nothing to worry about, it's just Plarium. My guess is that some dev was checking some bug report or a similar thing. They do that to my acc fairly often, as I report quite a few bugs.

On their behalf, I apologise for the intrusion.

This is to let you know Ap is not working on Win 7 or 8 laptops or desk top computers. 



The App (version 4.0.1) is not working on my Windows 7 PC (version 7 Home Premium, service pack 1) either. I get a "Service Unavailable.  HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable." I can still access Pirates though my Google Chrome web browser (version 76.0.3809.132).

my app just quit working and im getting a 503 error service unaavailaable after I did a reboot after the last update today '' I cant get into the app to play and so on what do I do to get the app working again'

I tried to open a Pirates Tides of fortune with a plarium browser. I received the message: HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable. Then I uninstalled and reinstalled the plarium browser, but after trying to open the game, the same message appeared: HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.

What do I have to do?

something in the update caused the app to crash   it was working great till the last update then the 503 error

Apparently, this was fixed before you wrote your post. Is it still an issue for you?

If yes, did you try to uninstall and then reinstall the app?

If the issue is not resolved, please record a HAR file and send it to our support team for the further investigation. Please use this link to send the file.
How to create and send a .har file

I suspect a Flash permissions issue, but I don't know how to fix them in Firefox. A .har file should tell devs more and the customer support should be able to help if you provide them that.
