Commanders, let's return to the constructive conversation here. You want to get access to your game, we want the same.

The fix was introduced some days ago. Though there are some players who still can't access the game. Such accounts can be fixed by our technical agets via Support. So please contact them to solve this issue as it was suggested before.

Now I will explain why clearing cache and deleting cookies are requested to be made. There are lots of reasons why a players can't enter the game. To know the exact reason, we need to exclude the most common cases and provide a solution. This is a regular procedure which is important for further effective assistance. Our agent strive to provide fast and effective assistance though it is stated that the response time may be up to 24 hours due to volumes of tickets that are sent now. Please be patient and help us to help you.

Commander, after the recent update the emails that were linked to your account were changed to ones you used for the registration on palrium.com.

Now we are trying to update the login data of such users.
