I am having issues trying to download the Plarium Play.  It will download then the box pops up to Run, however, the cursor just spins and nothing happens.  Please help me out.

Please delete the application completely and then download a new installer from the plarium.com website.

Facebook are still creating problems, my game was fine and all of a sudden when I switched servers on there it gave me this https://prnt.sc/my2n5c  Can you help resolve the issue please?  Clicking full screen puts my castle up fine, but all the various tabs all around are tiny and reports are illegible, they are so small.

So now I am very angry with dear Plerium- I play from 2013. You start gave problem with adobe las t yeahr- Now i change browser and play with Explorer before with Crhome. Now is impossible to play- Don t tell me I have to send report. My lenguage is italian and I dont have time to make your stupid reports- You hnow your problem resolve it i stop to play and to give you my monay ok?
