Congratulations for the disastrous webgl engine.

Load reports: web load in 15 min. Graphics too big and with absurd colors. Illegible letters slowness in loading each process and tab. Clock not synchronized due to slow loading. And this is just the beginning.

If the return to the old engine is not possible, this is an absolute disaster .

HI... my 1st laptop crushed from technical issues, (I had no WebGL issues), so I try to use my 2nd laptop and I have problems to log in.. Freezing at 90%...

Plarium app when is loading screen is black..

I ask to log in from my brother's laptop (ex Sparta player) but same problem.. Freezing at 83% and when downloading from Plarium app screen is also black...

My laptop is:

Windows 10 home

Intel (R) Core i7-3610QM CPU

230GHz

Ram 4GB

64 bit (official built) 

I have no access to my city even from mobil due to Puffin as it doesnt support the new platform...

I m waiting instructions..

Game is slow to load on Glorious Valley and to play as well.

WIn10 64 bit with 8GB ram

Using both Opera and Chrome-both are updated.

My questions are:

I see Adobe Flash icon, then game loads to 80%, freezes, then loads. Am I supposed to have the new game interface and use webgl?

How do I use the new webgl?

What is Plarium Play? Do I need to install this?

One of my coalition members downloaded the plarium play application-while the game loads and stops at 80%, it then jumps to 100 % and it seems stable and yes, much more quicker.

I downloaded it and it seems fine, if its any consolation to you.

Also, Tonaya thank you for your help in the past-at least I got straight answers from you.

Plarium Play app is available for Windows 7 x32. Please delete the installer from your PC and download it once again by this link. The OS bit is defined when you download the installer.

have you tried the following

Clear you cookies press ctrl+shift+del and select cookies

or it could be just a case of Plarium could be doing some server mainenance you could try again in a little while

you could try clearing your cache

make sure your flash is up to date

try and install browsec VPN extension for your browser

I here that Plarium are working on the Mac version of the Plarium Play application as well speak. after the team are sure it is working properly it will be open to all Mac users 

What the hell are you people doing you finally get the game to load now it's locked me out again freezes on 96%. I've really had it with your incompetence,lack of customer service & lack of commitment. 4 weeks & my msging is still not working & freezing the game one of the most important required by players even if it is old & out out of date, yet you don't make it a priority ?. 

LOCKED OUT AGAIN !!!  FOR 2 DAYS NOW . STOPS AT 92%.    THIS IS NOT EXCCEPTABLE . FOR 5 WEEKS I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO PLAY A PROPER GAME AND YOU STILL HAV'NT FIXED THE MESSAGING... UNBELIEVABLE.
