the problem is not delaying in answering, the problem normally is the answer.... you wait several days for a standard cpy paste answer that says is your fault (computer internet or ignorance) then you write back and it is like banging yourself on a wall.... same feeling ( I guess never done lol)

if this is the case, again flag it to one of us so we can flag it to be looked at again including why you think the response is incorrect, feedback is important to all customer service teams, if they dont get feedback they dont know how to improve. 


With regards to the lag issues, totally get where you are coming from, also get it, I will request i nfo onto why it happens and what Plarium are doing to improve the situation. I usually get it when I am running guasrdians iin the background and also either raiding or doing PP's at the same time  


will also remind mykself how to get har files as thats what we used to submit to plarium to help them find out what the issue was and do a post with the instructions

For which the players can rest assured that "Plarium is aware of the problem' and as usual has zero intentions of ever doing anything about it, but only continuing to add to and compound the lag isuues and problems further.......

Lag is the number one cause of all the freezes, weird anomalies and what are assumed to be most glitches and bugs (though there are still plenty of those around and continually being created) and that are directly costing the players troop losses, missing troops, wasted boosts, lost rewards, coin and  endless hours of wasted time.

Plarium ALONE is directly responsible for the lag and all detrimental lag related issues and problems the players are encountering and by Plarium's OWN recent admission. 

If we discount those players with an older system and/or a slow internet internet, the lag  is still there and real for everyone else. But it does not effect all players equally on the same or differing servers and so it most often goes unreported because there is nothing the payers can do about it and as no one in "Support" will listen anyway.

Some players will never notice or just dismiss the occasional lag issues and problems they encounter as just coincedence and/or non-app/game related. Ex: a member who normally never experiences any lag issues or problems went to raid a city for resources, sending their troos and galleys and only to find they had raided one of their own sieges. Others may experience it  and to various degress at only peak play/login times (like at reset or during the coa conflict). And for those like others and myself it is a constant 24/7 problem and especially during peak play hours where it is not even worth logging in unless you enjoy having to clear you cache and refresh every 1-5 minutes as something always fails to work or update correctly, the game freezes, the app/game just shuts down to where you cannot trust anything you are seeing or doing in the game nor any results. 

Which server you are on does matter. The farther you are geographically from your servers location and depending upon what direction your connection takes/hops (North, South, East or West) to and from the servers effects the amount of lag and lag caused issues and problems you will encounter from none at all to a nightmare.  Like real estate, its part location, location, location which is unavoidable.

However, and by again Plariums own recent admission, Plarium has purposely created the lag and all the issues and problems it induces and causes by all the many "improvements" Plarium has made in adding new units, new items and new missions and events (that no one ever asked for) and including ALL the additional processing and graphics demands and strains these "improvements" place upon the servers, the app/game, our systems and our connections.

..and foget the sarcasm as I want full compensation for all the losses plariums improvements, fixes and lag plarium has directly cost everyone and myself and some one from plarium's head on a spike!

Being sarcastic is easy? I was a good little wonk for years sending politeful helpful suggetions, documenting various issues and reporting problems in the spirit that we (plarium, the players and their coas) were all in this together to make the game better and more enjoyable for everyone and by way of then more profitable for plarium. For which I was either flat out told that it was impossible to do (despite plarium eventually doing a number of "impossible" things others and myself have suggested, insulted and told off by my PA's and customer support, removed as a VIP by customer support, banned from these very forums under multiple accounts and too have my support tickets completely ignored for my persistence in trying to be helpful, supportive and when I finally out of frustration resorted to said "sarcasm"try to get back all that others and myself have had stolen, been ripped off and for all our time wasted not only trying to do so, but to just login and try to play this lag, bug and glitch filled game!

750 one days boosts lost to lag and a glitch, over 5,000 dichma that just mysteriously disapeared from my city to never return and on and on and on and that is just in my own city because I pay close attention and I see the same nonsense occur all the time in members, friends and alts cities where most of them don't even notice and for which customer support refuses to even acknowledge my tickets. 

So forgive me and please excuse the sarcasm, and that is right after you take the time to calculate what it would cost me just to replace the stolen 750 one day boosts and over 5,000 dichma alone and tell me just exactly what recourse I have after 2 years of being ignored and other then to bend over and blow sunshine out of my you know what in deep appreciation for all plarium does for the players, myself and our coas......

katia, reporting bugs is a nightmare in support or here .... first thing they tell you is that the problem is of the player, his computer, his line, internet that he is enough not to have tried beforehand to clear cache, restart etc etc... and then the fight for days explaining them... and them always the player loses, never plarium.

i used to do it years ago, till I got tired of the abuse and disrespect from support and to be honest, several mods here.

mortee was a great moderator... even if we argue sometimes, you don't have to agree with someone to know she tried her best, about Vanesa, I am sorry but its not the same. In your case, I can not talk as I don't know you, I guess you were moderating in Facebook, not here.

what some should understand is that moderators are not here to defend with their lives plarium or to answer . the word "moderate" says it all...

Also I was not talking about bugs, I was talking about all the stupid new things they keep adding, not correcting the main problem for years that s the lag.... for those that we have been 8 years minimum, we know how god/fast and even kind of reliable game used to be....  (players now we loose boosts daily because of lag as plarium game get frozen and later on recognizes that we have clicked more than it should due to that.. then  you write to support and they laugh in your face) or also stop adding "farming tomatoes activities and promote war events/tournaments" they don't listen to that...

not sure what game specialist you talk, but I can tell you that they are the clueless I have ever seen, I know what people used to spend and those that left that spend thousands... and instead of looking the problem, they bring more nonsense... to buy

you can not have fun, when you get stolen by game.... i know a player lost 50 days of boosts because of lag... is that fun? no.... he left game after support not accepting his error.... that is one of many

Guys, I asked the same thing our managers. Why are you adding new stuff and not fixing the bugs that are already existing? do you test enough the new features before you release them? Remember that mods are players too and we know how the game is running.                            The reply was that:<the developers planning for months and testing the features in their testing servers but when they release the feature on a bigger scale as the game is, it is possible for a bug to pop in but it wasn't possible for the devs to predict before the release>. As they said to me,< you know nothing about the virtual game industry. There cannot be an update if no new stuff is added.> Once, a Greek player messaged me and told me that he has issues with the game. I told him to try the usual troubleshooting. He yelled at me because as he said he used to do PC programs so he knows how to run his PC and he is not stupid. well, who am I, a humble teacher, to ask a programmer to check it again? I replied to him,  submit a ticket to the support to check your city for a possible bug. After 1 day he messaged me again to tell me that he contact his internet provider and they informed him that they doing maintenance in his area and it is possible to have short issues with his internet speed. Plarium isn't our enemy. They are just a company that provides us with a virtual game and we agreed to their terms of use when we were signed to play the game. Nothing more nothing less. 🙂

Thanks for sharing your thoughts with me. Your feedback will be forwarded to the dev team. Speaking about Guardians' Quests, we are working on a new feature that may help players to receive Level 7 Orders easier. Stay tuned. 😎 

That was a message I receive in March 2021 yet 11 months later it is harder to get level 6 and level 7  in daily guardian quests than it was when I complained. 

Level 7 is supposed to be a 1% chance yet after 11 months I have not received even 1 and am sure I have opened at least 2000 boxes. According to your %'s I should have received around 20 yet NOT even 1.

If Plarium keeps adding stupid rip-off events and reward programs that cost more in time and resources than the value of said rewards time to leave this rubbish game. 

Nothing works as it should yet every upgrade they beautify stuff to placate us. Please remember those players who spend less than $1000 a month to play the game also play. 

Everything Plarium does is to benefit big coiners whilst the rest can get lost it seems.

With the latest inane introduction of the utterly confusing and useless "Divine Items" what we got in return for this gift from the "Developers" is Chat is not working, Raiding is not working, Guardian Quests are not working, Offensive units being found out in the open and unprotected and who knows what all else each and every time we have to refresh, refresh, refresh, clear cache, refresh, reinstall app, refresh..........

The developers (if you should choose to call them that out of politeness) are always trying, are always working hard, are always aware of the endless list of problems and yet most of the latest supposed fixes are for problems that have been around for years and all we get with every so-called round of "improvements"  and "additions" that no player ever asked for is more lag, more bugs, more glitches and more having to clear one's cache and refresh constantly in hopes one can play the game for more than 5 minutes before something else fails to properly update, to properly load and to properly work.

And report what exactly to the wonderful supposed "Support Team"? What do you think we have been doing day in and day out for years now? How many thousands of times do we have to hit the Report Lag link? And why do you think we are here trying to get some one and any one from the supposed "Developers" or "Support Team" to ever and finally listen? And why do they themselves not actively monitor, read and participate in this forum rather than hiding beyond endless layers and walls of nonsense and red tape to ever give a direct answer?

As a player, I deeply disagree with you. I see Sparta very active currently, of course is not the same Sparta we started playing 7/8 years ago, but there are a lot of conflicts, wars and alliances going all around. I have lot of tean mates, frieds a, enemies and a lot of people that I didnt even meet in this 8 years playing. The game released a lot of new features and devs are trying to improve things. Yes there are bugs, and considerating that we had to experience a forced migration, Im really surprised that we are even able to play so smootly still. 

There is nothing you like about Sparta? Then why are you playing? I play because I love the game. If I found all the things you mention only into a minus balance, well, it just dont worth the time.

The problem is that every minute of play requires reporting to the support team.


Technically nothing works right in the game, every minute there is a bug, how do we report this?


I opened a post to post the bugs and they are all ignored, plarium never fixes anything.


Who has not thought to send pa to a city and surprise... when the pa hits the city it had full protection, but the bug does not show protection on the map.


When a player changes position on the map you cannot find him, only if you refresh the game will you see his new location.


I could list 1000 bugs, and of course the lag of the game, if we add to all this the manipulation of plarium and that the game is no longer a war game and it's all boring tasks... and the war tournaments have been eliminated. ...


I think that since no new player enters this game.. maximum 2 years for the game to end, I think that in 2 years 50% of non-coiners players will leave the game and the coiners will get bored.


Although in reality the game is practically dead at the moment.
