Yep, having this issue as well. Game takes 3-5 minutes to load, everything else on my computer works just fine. 

i tried this fixit tip, but its works not. 

i has also tried following things:

deinsttalltion > reboot > download client > install client > rebooot > start client and install rsl > reboot > start rsl > it crash

also i tried to ersae all data from harddrive and regestrie from windows. 

every time the client starts and for a short time came the window from rsl and then crasg the game and client and i must kill the prozess in task manager when i can restart but the from beginning

didn't work.  old laptop died; trying to load on new.  DLing always takes me to MS Store, running that file gives me a black PP screen that sits there for really long time (almost 12 hrs yesterday).  do I need to switch to Home (drop the S mode)?

Ain't working... for 24 hours now! Am not happy.

It happened to me this morning. Screen stuck at loading assets after succesfully authenticated login. What I did to make it work again was :

1. Uninstall Plarium Play with delete all data

2. Delete the hidden AppsData folder as mentioned above

3. Run Regedit and delete all entries with Plarium on it as mentioned above

4. Restart windows and Reinstall Plarium Play and Raid.

I am running Windows 7 64bit... :)

It didn't work for me either I uninstalled twice. Still stuck on the loading screen and can't enter the game

Não consigo logar pelo computador, aparece mensangem pendente e não roda o jogo, tentei fazer o reset cache e aparece a mensagem VCRUNTIME140_1dll,, tambem tentei excluir a pasta add data, mas diz que está aberta e não exclui.

nope, didn't work for me either......

I purge all Plarium data from PC (include registry entries), reboot PC and Install again in new folder - and it works.

Facing this issue only with RAID, other Plarium games run without problem.. since this will be first time i play from the PC dont understand the issue:

LocalLow dont contain any data from raid

In Local/Plarium/PlariumPlay/standAloneApps/Raid   i can load the game screen but doesnt connect to the account and ask to re-login
