I'm very frusturated. Not just because I dropped money on this game but because it seems to not work for no reason... It was literally fine one day and unplayable the next day. Minecraft works, the internet works fine. I don't know what to do. I've tried everything. Even refreshed my entire PC and started everything over. Same problem. It doesn't make sense.
Im using PC. I tried play shadow legend for the first time but game is basically unplayable. Loadings was taking ages and game was crashing (?) at character choice screen.
And while "playing" game my internet became dead. Can't open any side (yt, twitch etc.). I follow this guid and delete files, try open game - next reinstall entire client - try open game, next again delete files, run in compatibility with win 8 and i manage to play only like 5 sec deeper in game. I stuck in never ending loading scene at first summon. With still dead internet, no yt, no twtich.
Well if this doesnt work for you, I would recommend deleting the whole Plarium Play client and doing fresh installation using setup downloaded from official Plarium webpage.
I did all this re instalation thing and still not working.
Has anyone checked firewall or antivirus software is intercepting and blocking the program?

Ive had similar issues , and after a whole lot of probbing around in the sys files i got nadda . The game was uninstalled on my laptop and now tells me that there is a problem with the plarium play client so we're all definately not at fault and going all day and night without a response from the company is disgusting. Ive spent hundreds on my acct and spend most of my time on there only to be treated like this when they have a glitch/ Look guys and girls once the game comes back on its important that we all at least send them a complaint for the way that they have treated us. They have to know that they cant do this kind of stuff.
Ive lost todays anniversary gifts dhe to this nonsenss, send the a mini complaint and let them know that they cant treat you lije this without some consequence. Even if it is just getting in a word or two
I tried to uninstall and reinstall the game but it's still freezing on the update screen. I have been working on this since 3/16/21
If I use a VPn I can connect fine on the pc!

You guys are gonna start losing lots of members if you don't get it together....smh. This game has been out 2 yrs & you all can't get server maintenance done W/O FK'N UP game play?
I purge all Plarium data from PC (include registry entries), reboot PC and Install again in new folder - and it works.

Não consigo logar pelo computador, aparece mensangem pendente e não roda o jogo, tentei fazer o reset cache e aparece a mensagem VCRUNTIME140_1dll,, tambem tentei excluir a pasta add data, mas diz que está aberta e não exclui.

Facing this issue only with RAID, other Plarium games run without problem.. since this will be first time i play from the PC dont understand the issue:
LocalLow dont contain any data from raid
In Local/Plarium/PlariumPlay/standAloneApps/Raid i can load the game screen but doesnt connect to the account and ask to re-login
