Same problem, though luckily I noticed early. Upgraded 3 Factions twice: Dark Elves, Orcs, and High Elves, still only show 2 Factions completed. Please fix.

I have been ascending the proper champions from all factions and have only been credited 4. I have started over and was ascending again and the weekly challenge was not crediting the ascension's. Please fix this.

I have the same problem. I've ascended 5 heroes - only 2 were counted - Rae an Jareg. Squire, Cultist and Line Infantry were not.

In the sreenshots you can see that the 3 low level champions have a star and that I have only 2 counted for the mission - but these 2 are from Rae's 6 star and Jareg's 4 star. I have to have 5 points in this mission. For now I'll stop ascending heroes untl the bug is fixed. I can't afford to waste potions, even the smallest ones.

Same issue here. Please fix stuck on 8/13 even though i 100% did all 13 factions. I've completed all other weekly quests so please release the battle pass points and the artifact reward set!!!

Same Issue !
Please Compensate Our Potion Losses.
I tried and re-tried to ascend each faction 1 by 1 and ended up burning all those ascension potions for nothing.
Wasted Energy and Potions for a Stuck Ticker
Mine is stuck at 6/13, tried to ascend other factions, ended up stuck there.
Please Fix This !

I have ascended 2 characters from each faction at this point and am still stuck at 11/13 on this challenge tally. Even resorted to pulling shards to get new champs to try on those to no avail.
I would really rather not waste any more resources on this quest but it is the last of the weekly challenges that I need to complete.
I hope there is a fix for this soon, that doesn't require me to do it all over again for a 3rd time.

Same issue here. Doesn’t help that the description is so vague as to be meaningless. Ascend... how many levels? Anyway. Have ascend4d multiple factions and none registered. Fix this bug and show your community some respect by acknowledging your bug with an apology and a fix.

Also a victim of this bug, Meticulously went down my list of 13 factions and ascended them all accordingly yesterday and its reading 11/13. Just finished doing it again today and same result and same standing. Really don't want to miss out on albattle pass advancement because of a bug folks c'mon.

Stuck at 11/13. I've ascended all factions except Knight Revenants, didn't have any at the time. Got a cultist from portal and ascended. Never went up. Still at 11/13. So either it's looking for 3 star ascensions or higher or it's bugged.

Same issue .. I’ve ascended a minimum of two champions in each faction and some factions I’ve ascended a champion multiple times to max ascension trying to get the battle pass challenge count to increase. But its stays at 8/13 for me. I’ve wasted a ton of potions and silver and gems buying arcane potions to try and complete this challenge.
I also can’t submit a ticket as the in-game support page doesn't load!
Please fix these issues!
