Ascended about 39 champions, 3 of each fraction, but shows only 11/13!!!!! Fix it

I ascent next champions for challeng:
1.ogryn tribes - ogryn Jailer ,
2. Demonspown- fellhound ,
3.Knight recenant- daywalker,
4.Undead hordes -sesucer,
5.banner lords-bombardier,
6.dark elves- spirithost, judge
7.high elves- fencer,
8.barbariens-ragemonger,
9.dwarvs- runic walder,
10.the sacred order'witness,
11.skinwalkers-graybeard,
12.orcs - spikehead
13.lizardman- skullsworn.
And in challenges is only 10/13. Fix this plzz.

Same Issue..... I guess I'm a little lucky since I have 12/13. I did it twice actually. Acended one champ from each faction x2... I have screen shots if you guys (Plarium) want them..... since the support ticket window won't open on my game lol.... good looks guys....

Exactly the same here... wasted a nice amount of potions for pretty much nothing, being stuck on 2 ascension. And the support window is not loading as well.
