Same issue here, I have ascended 1 of each faction twice for a total of 26 ascentions and the week 3 challage only registers 3 of 13

I’m having the same issue, as well. I ascended one champion from each faction once and went to 9/13. I ascended a different champion from each faction, this time Epics (my thought process was maybe the rarity of the champion) and still I’m at 9/13. I hope we’re somehow reimbursed our potions we’ve wasted, and soon because I really was looking forward to the 5* Legendary Crit Dmg gear reward. We know you guys at Plarium have a lot on your plates, and you guys do very well in my opinion when it comes to giving fair rewards for things like this or downtime, etc. Thanks!

Did the update, was stuck at 11 of 13 and the first 2 i did counted! Update solved the issue

I spent much more than 25 lesser potions of each kind on the first time around... this doesnt make up for the error. I dont think ill put any more money into this game unless we are better compensated. Super frustrated. I understand not everyone had this issue, but to those of us who did spend more before we realized there was an error, this doesnt make up what was lost.

I have ascended every faction 3 times and im stuck at 11/13. Hope they get it figured out before the weekly is over

Same problem ascended every champion two time sticked at 10/13 please fix the problem, this is your fault

I did the same thing, first night did all 13 factions and it said 6/13. A couple hours later I tried again with one of each out and then put all others in vault. After the second time of doing each faction said 8/13. After many trial and error I got it up to 11/13. Tried the next day, only one champion one lvl still stuck at 11/13 then last night tried it again and of the 4 I ascended, 2 I got credit for and now is done. But what about the hundreds of wasted potions for absolutely nothing?

I already ascended 2 skin walkers but when i ascended Ursine ice crusher from 0 to 1 star. I completed weekly quest received rewards. Now im just grindin lol

i am just like everyone else here. stuck at 12/13
have done several of either the same one, or multiple people. tired of wasting potions i worked to get, since i didnt get the compensation either the other day for 25 of each potions.
