Battle pass buyer here. Stuck at 12/13. Been through the faction roster two and even three times in a few cases. 

This will be the straw that breaks this camel’s back.

I've reported same issue with ascending those champs and it still not resolved. I did try on two different devices tablet and mobile phone but didn't work on any. Can you fixed guys please

I ran the update and still only 1/13. Its upsetting to buy premium content, spend in game resources, have it break, and then get no acknowledgement when a large part of the community posts in the forum owned by that company about the issue in the correct place to do so. Future content may not be purchased by me if we arent ackowledged

Same here 2/13, wasting potions, money to fuse them and time. And for a quest we paid for...

Same issue stuck 0/13 i ascend more then 5 champ and not count

I just tried again and had one count that wouldn’t before. Is this bug fixed now? Is the little 25 potions from each cat agora supposed to make up for all the silver and potions I wasted on a bugged portion of the game we paid for? That’s just ridiculous cause now I have to go threw and do them all again cause I have no clue which ones it may or may not of counted.

I have ascended 1 champion from every faction and triple check my list, I noticed this problem when I had ascended 8 and it said 7/13...so I took note of which factions I had already ascended to that point... Dwarves, Dark Elves, Ogryn Tribes, Skinwalkers, Undead Hordes, Knight Revenant, Barabarians, Demonspawn... then I did the rest of the factions, now it's stuck at 12/13. This sux. I noticed compensation of potions on my most recent login but....this does not solve the problem. The problem is I want the battle pass points and I did the challenge but it's not registering. Plz fix Plarium.

Same issue here. Stuck at 12/13 after ascending 26 champions. Wrote them all down on paper just to make sure and it still won't complete.

Still stuck at 8/13 after updating. 

There's still an issue. Any Knight Revenant Faction is not being counted when performing ascension.
