Same here. It seemed that collecting my progression prize it stopped showing any points progress on the tournament.

Same here. Hit 1360, gone through a lot of dungeons and brutal campaign before I checked how my rewards were looking and I hadn't moved. Tried restarting the game with no result.

I am having the same issue, and also using an Samsung Galaxy s9+. I note I have received rewards for points on the right, but my name (isilothar) shows 0 points on the left.

just did 10 arena fights in a row - 700 points and got 0. believe I got screwed out of some campaign rewards too - wasn't watching it closely enough apparently
can we get a way to know what dungeon and campaign steps we already claimed from?

I am having the same issue, and also using an Samsung Galaxy tablet. Screenshot attached, note I have received rewards for points on the right, but my name (Vigilax) shows 0 points on the left.

Same here. Using iPhone 6S. Played many campaigns and Arena battles and have 0 points. I'm not even showing up on the Achievement side. After each battle, it says I earned points, but absolutely nothing on the tournament screen.

I have had problems all day it was stuck on 720 points then froze, reloged in after the maintenance break and my points went up to 1718, but I have earned more points than that as i already have the 2k reward. Also during maintenance the game crashed and I lost a cb key. Please correct my points.

Got back on about 12 hours later played a number of campaigns and dungeon battles got kicked off again still stuck at 233.

had intermittent connection errors for several hours, in the middle of the battles that I fought, an error appeared at the end and I could not collect the rewards.
In battles that ended successfully I could see the score earned for the tournament, but my global ranking was frozen more than 10 hours ago.
you must give us one more day to participate in the tournament after you fix this problem or give us directly the prizes that because of you we can not charge. We spend our resources to win the prizes but the game does not work

Same here. My Points froze at 1.733 but I already receivd the reward for 2.000 points and did several Arena battles after that to test.

Sitting at 0 tournament points, even though I was able to collect void shard at 2000 point earlier today . Watching people still climb in rank to the top 5 where I would be at .

Absolutely crap same thing happened to me I was first by miles and intended to stay that way now I'm 4th as it's only affecting me in my tables. Does anyone from raid even read this?
