its still down,cannot log in,bit long for a sunday where most people actualli have time to play,seems happening quite a lot lately

I wonder how long will it take to be online again! And what will they give as a compensation, considering how much money are spent by some players!

Games been booting me periodically for the last few days now. Thought I was having internet issues at first. This blows.

They got hacked by someone who put hundreds of dollars for the Santa Boi tournament but eventually didn't get it

As usual, if you complain to support they send out a standard blurb, without reading what you wrote.  #1 is blame your Internet, and then a mess of suggestions to go to this or that site, start using a VPN, etc, lots of garbage.  If you fire back at them to at least read your issue, they sometimes give a better response.  Although really all we can do as users is reset the game cache (not your Internet cache), or reload the game, or reinstall Plarium Play.  Currently the server has been down for about 4 hours, when you try to sign in and go to FAQ they have a server status block. It looks like over 10,000 people are having trouble based on number of replies to "does this help?"
