Receive compensation today. 125 lesser potions. 25 of each kind. I’ll try ascending them all again after work and see if it’s fixed

Devs,
Stop calling it downtime. We all know it wasnt functioning properly. Giving us the mats to finish the quest was a good start, but you should have made sure it was working before sending out an apology. I'm stuck on this still, even after ascending every faction twice. Cmon guys we spent a good 25 dollars on this... last 25 dollars I spend on this anyways.

I cannot get past 1/13. Have ascended several different factions. Continues to show only 1.
