Me as well, Have ascended 6 champions from 6 different races and only 1 registered. Not impressed

Hi , I have just tried to ascend 4 and only 1 registered , I tried to ascend all the others during the day thinking you had to complete them all to get it counted , so now I have spent 400 gems to open 2 dungeons and have no mats nor ascended champions . Sorry , 1 of 13 . So for me it is not fixed .

Same as every1 else only 2 of 13 done it says and i made a note on all i ascended and double checked and yeah should have been done but nope 😭

Still not fixed at 3pm Pacific time. I've tried randomly throughout the day after first ascending 1 champion from each faction right off the bat. It's sad that this is a feature that is only avaliable if you've paid for it. Paying customers are dealing with this loss of resources there should be quite a bit of compensation given this feature has been paid for and is now wasting our resources.

Wrong Val, the problem is not fixed.
I have burned almost all my potions by re-ascending multiple characters. I expect to have the ascension challenge completed and I also expect some potions to compensate me for my losses due to Plarium error.
Just saying “it is fixed” without including the above is not a fix.

Also, having issues with this quest...should have succeeded a few times over...which in turn why i came here to see if it was me, my phone, or a bug in the quest.... Thankfully it is just a bug in the quest. Hoping to get compensated or at least get it fixed so i can complete the quest within time.

Yes this is not fixed and a TON of potions lost as well as the energy spent grinding them for this specific challenge. Please fix please please please my OCD is driving me nuts over this LoL

I’ve done the challenge twice now, and even uninstalled and reinstalled. I was going to try on my computer but I’d rather not go and lose the potions or energy. Do you have a status update or will you make another announcement regarding it?

I've managed to get 12 out of 13. I've ascended 3 from each faction. Written them down and crossed them off each time.

It's not fixed. I was just trying to do it, and ascended each faction multiple times and received credit for 1/13. Then came here and found this thread.
