I saw this on Reddit i thought its so true just reposing:

As a game dev - you know how long those changes take places?
For one guy:
- changing drop rates - about 3 minutes - you have to launch whatever enviroment you use and change numbers in couple places;
- septimus AI fix - 3 minutes - well, its just a copy/paste of some other char AI anyway, not coding from the scratch ;)
- speed hack fix - not sure.
So yeah - after one month we gonna get 10 minutes of work. Nice. Nice. NICE!!!!
First of all I want to say that I enjoy this game and its strategy, flexible playstyles, and multiple avenues of play very much. I obviously do not agree with some of the decisions from the different teams within Plarium such as extreme powercreep of sets available to only 300 people per arena season and the recent handling of the 10x Dracomorph drama.
That said the increase of daily rewards is much appreciated.
My only request is for the team to revisit some of the balance of multiple rare and epic heros. It is my belief that having an interesting cast of lower rarity heroes will increase playability for not only new players but veterans alike. Especially if there are extreme niche cases for certain heros or comps.
My first suggestion is to revisit Irconclad, a rare orc hero. His passive to allow overhealing to deal damage currently has a 1 turn cooldown which should be removed. This would allow a different approach when choosing to slot Ironclad into the team. Now in order to deal damage Ironclad needs to take a turn between each instance of overhealing. Overhealing is already a condition that is difficult to meet and doesn't occur with large numbers very often. I know that this limitation was put in place to make sure that infinite damage loops didn't happen when wearing a LifeSteal set but lifesteal should be ignored when it comes to this effect.
My second suggestion goes hand in hand with the Ironclad rebalance: Chaplain is a rare Sacred Order champ who has an AOE which heals all allies depending on the damage done. The problem with this skill is that each instance of damage is a separate heal, which makes it not work with Ironclad overhealing. In addition to removing the 1 turn cooldown from Ironclad this skill for Chaplain should add all the healing into one bulk heal.
Hey, at least we get the free 1x energy refill and a 3-star chicken from installing the update, so it's not a total waste.
I was of the opinion that in the other thread that you mentioned the Platinum Arena rewards your community shot it down for being absolutely ridiculous. Are you Community Managers ignorant of the context of the English language? Or do you only read the 5 percentile and think yep we are on a winner here? Ignorance is bliss huh!!! The sets are just going to generate more fuel to the current discontent of the community.
You need to embark on a completely different course here, yeah the sets look good in theory but they need to be available to all players to try and have a reasonably balanced environment. The only thing the release of these sets will do is completely separate Platinum from everyone else and allow for the top tier players to just dominate the arena.
Again NO one wants this, fulfill the communities desires for a change instead of listening to whoever thinks they are in charge at Plarium, because quite frankly your project team has it WRONG!
Instead of catering to a VIP High Roller like they do in Casinos, how about you begin to cater for gamers.......
Yes.. Rewards for daily visits leave much to be desired. WE (RAID players ) expected something more from you, you can't be so greedy ... We are disappointed ... You will now be hit again and you will get a new outflow of old players and the game score will drop to 3.0
im new to the game and i like it very much, i dont spend much on it cause i dont really need to, spending money on a game like this to level faster or to kill faster or whatever is dumb, everyone looks for the easy way out sort a speak, what happened to getting that reward yourself and feeling the joy of it cause you worked hard to get it and now you have it, dont you all miss that? Yes we need more room for sure that should have been number 1 on the to do list, i dont fully understand the gear sets yet im still learning but i make due with what i have, im not much for PvP i more like the story portion of it and even though i beat the story in normal already i still like the story line of it was pretty good. Yes the game Dev's should pay attention to the customers/players cause they are their source of income or money makers so they can improve, i do know it takes time and money to make something better, to add more space may seem like adding or changing numbers but its more then that, it's like no one has appreciation for the game or games anymore, give people a game they can cheat on and they are happy, give them a game you cant cheat on they get somewhat angry, gaming Dev's do see your comments and take them in and some say i will leave if you change this and this but you wont and they know this, more than 90% of you are right but put yourself in the shoes of a CEO or Dev getting hounded every min, everyday, every month over and over would make you mad huh? and yes the support system needs fixing i hate automated replies i rather speak to a human not a machine put in a live chat maybe?, all in all be patient the game is free its a progression type game so progress and Developers if you do read this fix the support system, add more room for our stuff as they say the customers are always rightExactly how I feel. Thank you for being a poster that shows understanding in this.
