Account deactivation for Russia and Belarus
Hello! This is to inform you that, as of June 15, access to the game and related services will be discontinued in Russia and Belarus. Affected accounts will be closed in accordance with our Terms of Use.
По состоянию на 15 июня в России и Беларуси доступ к игре и связанным с ней сервисам будет прекращён, а соответствующие учётные записи будут закрыты в соответствии с Пользовательским соглашением.

Just wonder how we can see what is gone? Maybe i am in wrong time zone but all is still here lol
Hard to say, but if the previous experiences are anything to go by, I would expect the havens to remain on the map but go inactive. In other words, I don't think we'll actually see much, but rather notice some players (or whole brotherhoods, maybe?) go inactive.
Maybe they change names to numbers, but that seems to happen only after a very long inactivity, so I wouldn't rely on it until you see some Russian or Belarusian havens changed soon after you last saw them active.
Note that these are just guesses of a very old player. I don't have any official info for you, sorry.
