Personally, I don't think it is, but Plarium is not sharing that info with the wider player base. Apparently, the announcement (first post here) is all that the players will get. Sorry.

I have been playing this game for a while and it is about time that some action was taken against the "Bots" that were destroying the game play.  I feel sorry for the live players that are going to be affected but the blame lies with their countrymen

Насколько мне известно, запреты будут основываться на IP-адресах, но при необходимости вы всегда можете обратиться в службу поддержки Plarium.

И что в нем более доброго? 

Такое предположение и я могу сделать. Вбанят по ай пи. И да похоже,  что сменой почты явно замарачиваться не стоит.. 

Как будто бы,  если ты из игры заданатить сможешь - это будет означать, что остров в "безопасности".. но это не точно.)

Там где в игре раньше язык можно было менять - теперь флаг страны. Вот его измени попробуй. Тогда наверное да..

У меня есть доступ к острову приятеля и он из эстонии. И вот веслео будет, если ему локнут остров по причине того, что на него с Ру айпи заходили.. 

Грузить тех поддержку после этого? Она и до 20го года еле работала..

Кстати, последние годы некоторые так и донатили - через знакомых, и через банки из других стран.

Нагруза на серверы - их явно не смущает, иначе бы ботов банили, но нет - им нужны "цифры онлайна" для показателей "большой компании".  Или уже не нужны? Тогда можно просто сервера офать. К чему эта сегрегация.. Бред какой то..

И что интересно: Что там в "рейд шадоу ледженс"? Я не вижу там новости о блокировках..

Ahoy mates, I have been playing the game fer a very long time and have allways been against people creating massive amounts of alt accnts to make themselves feel better than everyone else. This game was created to yarr friend family and sometimes randoms across the world and create new connections. But many people have decided that they are just going to play the years out creating accounts and menipulating the rules to benifit thier own game play. The rules are clear and allways. You create one account per server and you can play all 3 servers if ye like. But thats as far as the leniency goes. I and many of my friends have whatched the russians, Belaurus ect. clearly disobeying the rules and manipulating the server (Pirate Bay) in some massive ways, for many weeks now. Probably even longer. But I do know that BH's like BH557 and CCP BH's have allways taken the number one position in Diamond and Gold tier brawls every single weekened. Hell, in just this brawl alone BH557 amassed 25mill points in less than 10hrs. This was clearly only posible by running 1 or more automative programs specifically geared twards prizing the LH in each haven in Trojkas BH's. I say BH's as plural because I only suspect that the CCP BH is also his and or shared with whomever he may be working with. I know that I am probably one of the only ones that actually play with other real players. The people in the alliance I am in all comunicate within our BH's and other comunication platforms, such as facebook, discord ects. Obviously the banning of these specific accnts has nothing to do with any RL activities or inpacts. This is strictly to teach the people that think they are above the rules and think they are better than everyone else that they are not. Do not worry, BH557 and CCP BH's are not the only BH's that were massively exploiting the rules, but other russian and Belarius BH's have also. I only mention BH557 and CCP because they are ones bringing most of the attention.  Good job Plarium. RESPECTS!!

They may blocked access, but no accounts deleted as yet.

Hard to say, but if the previous experiences are anything to go by, I would expect the havens to remain on the map but go inactive. In other words, I don't think we'll actually see much, but rather notice some players (or whole brotherhoods, maybe?) go inactive.

Maybe they change names to numbers, but that seems to happen only after a very long inactivity, so I wouldn't rely on it until you see some Russian or Belarusian havens changed soon after you last saw them active.

Note that these are just guesses of a very old player. I don't have any official info for you, sorry.
