
Amadeus, apologies for the delay. I'm having a bit of a problem to get to Plarium, as my contact is on a sick leave. Maybe try raising a ticket with the Support , to get this done faster?
Same problem.
Same message as in both Amadeus' and Lizzie's screen shots.
Same result when clicking to "contact" SUPPORT TEAM (ie: directed to this forum - which is not helpful and a giant time waste before the search function turned up a relevant thread.)
Please assist in correcting the problem. Thank you.
