I have found that downloading the PLARIUM APP using the CHROME browser is very successful.

dear plarium for the second time in the past 2 weeks the pirate game has managed to lock out my accounts associated with the pirate game. grant you i do not have emaculate pc hardware to begin with but if i launch the game it is asking for my facebook address and password to access either of the 2 users on my pc. the first time i uninstalled the game from pc then reloaded it it has worked fine as i can go from one account to the other. now one of my accounts shows the name but again is aking me for the the facebook account and password. the account is danyel haven x:-240,y:230. so for 2 days i have not been able to play this haven not to mention their is another haven on serv1. currently this haven has been under direct fire from the slavs bh from the golden coast serv. and is losing her offensive and defensive units as a direct result of no access. im at a loss for words to say the least and you might as well let the slavs control her haven as i cannot. i will attempt to restore her file on my end but the end result is her haven is unprotected and i know that which she is losing which is daily which alone is un-nerving.

Hi, Scott! I'm sorry you're struggling to log in with your account. Could you please specify why you can't log back with your Facebook details in the app?

By the way, you don't need to log out every time. You can just click on your profile to switch to another account. Looking forward to your reply!

Il gioco non funziona bene da 2 giorni. Non si riescono a fermare i galeoni ed ogni volta si blocca il gioco ed occorre rilanciarlo e così si perdono minuti preziosi. Inoltre spesso non si vedono le icone, soprattutto quelle del mercato e delle razzie eseguite e  anche qui bisogna chiudere e dare di nuovo LANCIA. Non riesco a giocare in questo modo. @Clemen Cazzamali, it works fine for me and my mates. This sounds like your network problem and not a game issue (which is why it would behave the same for you and your husband). Can you check with your brotherhood members, ideally someone not from the same country?

Sounds to me like the players have to progran the game to make it work. Will check back in a few months to see if the programers made it so players can play

I opened a support ticket #2852770 on March 24, 2020 about the failure of your flash_wrapper.exe which caused Pirates to fail to launch the game window.  How do I reach the Support Team with follow up information?  This is what my Windows Event Viewer showed in the Applications log...

"Windows cannot access the file C:\Windows\SysWOW64\d3d11.dll for one of the following reasons: 

there is a problem with the network connection, 

the disk that the file is stored on, or

FYI: Windows File Explorer can show me d3d11.dll on both paths.

The key issue is: Exception code: 0xc0000006

I won't bore you with all the possibilities or technical details - essentially your windows system is having issues at start-up (boot) i.e. corrupted boot configuration - you won't necessarily notice it though!!

Easiest way to fix it is to do a 'system restore'

1. Start your computer and log on as an administrator.

2. Click the Start button then select All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, and then click System Restore.

3. Select a system restore point from the “On this list, click a restore point” list  - use the restore point from just before the problems began - and then click Next.

4. Click Next on the confirmation window.

5. Restart the computer when the restoration is finished.

If that doesn't help, you'll need to provide more details about what is happening to you. "unable to re-load" simply won't be enough for anyone to know what the problem is.

I have Chromebook OS  how do I load Pirates on it

Err... short answer.. you can't.

Chrome OS = Linux .. Plarium don't do Linux

Chrome OS is a Linux, and therefore not supported by Plarium Play app. If you want, you can try Puffin browser.

Trying to load Pirates in Chromebook was succesful loading Throne but not Pirates Pls advise

Please read the post before yours. That's the official response I got from Plarium.

Throne uses WebGL so will (should) load/run in any modern browser... Pirates still uses flash so you need to use the Play App which does not work on Chromebooks (or any Linux)

My computer tells me that the reason I can't open Showbox for iPhone is due to a missing DLL file, so come programs, try again, and add the missing DLL file. simple, don't you think?

Here is also the same issue of facing my HDO Box APK  due to missing tehe DLL file plz solve my issue that how to set this DLL issue.
