I don't mean to play the devils advocate, or offend anyone. But respect and gratitude goes both ways though. Sure they work daily to develop, update and maintain and so forth, But that is their job, they get paid for doing it, and the players pay for those wages by spending on the product. Players (customers) voice their opinions when they don't feel happy about the product. Some like this guy could probably word themselves better, but by no means does we as customers need to feel any graitude towards someone for just doing their job we pay for?

I am a paying player and has put a lot of $ into this game and i show my gratitude every time i buy a packet so if you would rather have people blowing smoke up your behind then just state that players shouldn't speak they're minds or say how they feel and rather only say what you want to hear.

Hard work doesn't mean good/excellent work. It depends of knowledge and will.
I don't care do they job on hard, easy, smart or stupid way: I care about their results. Or better I care of Plarium's results.
That is what hurts me and make unhappy in last year. We complain about Plarium implementations in this game.
As your customers, we demand/ask for some proxy who will represent us and keep our rights, in Plarium.
You, and other titled forum accounts, AREN'T our representatives.
Every contract should have protectors from both sides. In this case, Plarium ignores that. Because of that you can ban me at any time when you want, delete our posts because you haven't answer on them, ignore our requests, loose our time and money.
Because of that fact, you can whatever you want.

I might fail a the English language, but I kinda fail to grasp what is profanity here? I see he being critcal, but I thought that was kinda part of feedback.

There is no body representing the customers/players.
You as a community manager is in the employee of Plarium. We as players is not represented by anything else than our willingness to purchase sapphires.
There is no symbosis between Plarium and the players. Plarium dictates and players have to go along. Its the feeling of a "our way or the highway stance" - Don't like it? There is the door. Thanks for all the fish and dont let the door hit you on the way out.
What we as players post on the forums in form of suggestions or critique is mostly being igonred, or at least that is the generel opinion and the feeling of the players. The only power the players have is start talk about stop spending money and that just lead to the poster get banned and/or posts deleted.
There is something wrong when the spending habbits on this game get pushed to such a level you could just as well pay the mortage of a small house.

remember that I read and I see how you treat your client and I put myself in his shoes(i am another client), these words are not to be used with your customers
people are not stupid.... admit Plarium mistakes be honest and repair, many ppl lose months gameplay with new bgs

This shows how well plarium takes players criticism. Numerous player posts have been deleted (including mine) and messages sent to players that they will get banned if they criticize here in forums. This would not have come down to this if plarium would have done their job. Making promises and breaking them time and time again regarding certain updates and then banning players who criticize them. Let alone that the amount of bugs present in the game just baffles me.

That is why you can't be my advocate. Maybe, you think that you are, or you wish to be, but simple that isn't possible.
I have only been playing for a few weeks but I am upset that information is not more readily accessible. My own example is I found out by accident how to claim League rewards. As a result of this lack of information I did not claim many rewards that I could have used. This has put me at an extreme disadvantage. Now, I find out there is no way to start over and use what I have learned to advance with help instead of on my own. This seems to be a very definite prejudice against beginners that have no knowledge of how to play the game. If there were tutorials or information available to help new players, I could understand this prejudice. I feel it is an unfair practice. Since I have spent money getting bonuses only to find that I did not correctly use them I am closing my account on three different games. If I had known these policies when I started, I would have sought more help earlier. Also, only allowing 3 days to claim rewards is absurd, especially if the player logs in daily. This should send a warning flag to someone and have them send a message to the user asking if they are having a problem or have questions.
Comments on the changes to friends and the profile.
Please also incorporate an easier way to view friends in game, with the same options accessible as are currently available on the friends ribbon. A hideable and scrollable window with 6-7 columns of icons would be handy, especially if it was possible to see it whilst performing in game tasks as the friends bar is. Please dont let it auto reset like the friends ribbon and league membership/stats pages.
