Bonjour, j'ai désinstaller et réinstaller Plarium Play à plusieurs reprises je suis en windows 7 64 bits 12 go de ram et en 7 ans je n'ai eu aucun problème là, rien depuis ce matin à 8 heures j'essai le jeu reste sur lancer avec le petit cercle bleu de Facebook. Mais, rien j'ai vérifiez les cookies, tous les paramètres, j'ai désinstaller mon antivirus et mis à jours mais ça je fais automatiquement avec un super logiciel que j'ai depuis des années. Ca craint vraiment en éliminant les Français pensez vous que ça va résoudre les problèmes ?

Wont load past 99% of the way after windows 10 update.

I uninstalled then reinstalled the plarium play app same issue. 

I am performing the exact steps to submit a ticket with the pp.log.txt file.

Game does not load past 99%-I am on Windows 10-All Windows updates performed last night, re-booted. Uninstalled Plarium Play, re-installed Plarium play. 

Game loads, and freezes at 99%. If I wait 15-20 minutes, the game completes loading, but I am unable to click on build troops, raid, guardian skirmishes etc...basically unable to play the whole game.

already do that but still having problem downloading it says plarium has stop working and when i perform troubleshoot incompatibility program ? im new on W8 

I have been given a problem by a coalition member on Server 3, who was playing when the server last went down for maintenance.  When he tried to log back in after the maintenance, it took him back to his old Facebook account.  He is now nervous about trying again in case he loses his account completely.  He has asked me for help, and given me his login details, etc., but I am just as nervous as he is.  Added to that, he is Italian and speaks no English.  Before I attempt this on his behalf, do you have any special instructions on what I should do as a safeguard?  We have already lost one player who only cleared out his cache.

Too many technical issues in the last days. I wanted to connect after dinner but it has been impossible. We'll see tomorow. For a game where time is so important.....All the current tasks (XPExpirience, guardians, PVP, dayly tasks...) lost. I do not know if it is the final message to leave the game after more than 6 years.
