And why cant it just work properly, why work arounds for a simple app update

Guys relax. here are a few tips:

a) the update, like any update sometimes doesn't work properly if the browser doesn't overwrite the information correctly. this might take a few tries, you might consider switching browser, clearing cash, or simply reloading a couple of times/restarting the browser or even windows.

b) There is no pack for getting 2nd shaman it would probably take a day or 2 to appear. if anyone get the offer please say when and how. (and how much).

c) currently there are no ghosts in map. probably would join us after next reset (at 0:00) so be patient.

this update is a nice bionus, and a new cash pit for those looking for one. everything is very expensive very long time consuming (and boost consuming) to finish. i'm not sure what it is suppose to add but i guess if one is already at full build its a nice avenue to explore.

Why bother to even send a Shaman to my town? I cannot do anything with it till lvl 24 oracle is achieved. Meanwhile, I upgraded the Rune workshop and Hall of Mysteries for nothing apparently. Not to mention wasting boosts for no immediate use! I am very unhappy with the way this game is turning-"GHOSTS???-seriously people??. 

But most of all, the enormous jump in prices for up-grades, boosts and generally all game offers are quite simply extortionist. We have all paid significant amounts of money already and to be constantly jacked up with less while paying more is not reasonable. I understand the game developers want to make money for their work, but cheating people on the game offers is turning me off of this game!!!  

I have my shaman at level 10 and the building at level 17. I see nothing available in the clan store that would allow me to upgrade past level 10.

This seems like another cash grab that you can only get a new shaman if you spend money.

I am very dissatisfied with Plarium. They will not make amends,  when bugs cost you money. They seem to prefer to make excuses.

Same here with Firefox Browser on PC, no new Buildings and i demolish my Level 21 Hospital

I am starting to feel this game is a waste of my time and money.

That is because people in the United States do NOT have account numbers like they do in Europe. When you have a problem they want to know your account number. WE can't give them that in the U.S.

The U.S. NEEDS account numbers. Plarium has already screwed me out of $33.60. I cannot get it back or have it credited to my "account" because again, the U.S. does not have account numbers. And if you are discussing the issue with people over at Plarium they just hang up on you rather than deal with you.

If you are reading this Plarium-- PLEASE get account numbers for the United States of AMerica. Thanks
