I play on Kingdom 415 and can not log in for already more then 3 hours, most of my clan can´t but some US players can.
This means that there are players who can log in and start attacking towns who are unshielded because of this connection problem.
I heard a player lost billions rss and 40 million troops, will you compensate him for that loss? He must have paid LOT´S of real money for those troops and rss.

Plarium HAVE to compensate any PC players that loses Rss and troops.

guys, the game obviously has issues.
I, like many of you, have invested money into the game. I also had a shield which expired about an hour ago and probably going to loose some rss and troops because of it.
Looking into the forum i noticed the game had those issues for YEARS, since 2015 there were posts about this, not only on this game but others as well. the servers fail and the developers are content with it i'm afraid, offering some gold and time scrolls to ease the pain once the servers are back on.. sometimes.
My solution - stop investing money into the game. its not worth it. let the developers fix the problem and make sure it stays fixed before you buy a single gold piece or offer.
Hello plarium what is going on here? Can not you at least give some information what is going on? And if a login is again possible.
You need a lot of improvement if you want to continue, expect a clear answer in the short term.
I'm in no compensation package ?
