The servers are just one problem. I can´t log into my account. always says error with my mail adress or password.

same problem here... family of 5... father, mother and 3 teen... we have 5 games accounts, only this one from my youngest son is working... all other have the mail adress/password problem... and when try to reset password, system don't accept e-mail and give a error... and as usual, not yet a reply from support...

problem with login/password seem to be solved... Wild Foxcoon, give it a try...
