We are substantially stronger than our enemy, we beat them in defence, on the Tower of Odin. They are now ahead in offence, by 800b points. There is no reason for them to defend the PoP or expose their troops to ours. As is, we are stronger, we had the upper edge in the battles we had, yet we are tied as far as military action score goes.
This is Vikings : War of Clans, warring is the most important aspect of the game, yet you’ve rendered it useless with this update (at least as far as Battle of Clan is concerned).

The current point system for kills is broken. You added the option to defend the Stronghold, which lead to an increase in battle activity, which was great!
But with the desicsion to split the kills category into to two, makes the clan who first tries a "defense" (trap, SH or PoP) end up in a tactical disadvantage, as the opponent afterwards can simply decide to be okey with the killing ending 1:1 if they feel for tactical reasons they are weaker then the opponent. And from there just focus on the non killing categories to win the Clan Battle.
Like posted above, the game is called WAR of Clans. Not farming, uber, upgrades of Clans.
