After major up grades you need to clear History tab on your internet browser so that you then down load the upgraded version. My problem having done that is that the upgraded version is enlarged and wont fit on my screen (mine is 18" screen). I have no access to lower icons - I can't get out of town view, cant see chat etc. But I can and have extended my town shield.

The problem basically is that the scroll down slider on the right hand side doesn't work!

The one along the bottom is fine.

correction: the bottom slider is not fine - I can't access the right hand side of the game unless the game is full screen.

WON you need either to clear recent history on your browser ("view history, saved bookmarks, and more" on the toolbar at the top of the screen then "history" in the drop down menu) or to change to a different browser.

I can not restart from my apply laptop either! Stays at 18% loading 

you need to empty your history and you can then download the new upgrade. But it doen't work for me in Firefox but it does work for me in Google chrome.

4 days, at least 3 to 4 hours per day and all I can reach to enter the game is 18. What happens to subscription or sign in bonuses that I would have received?
