There is a maintenance notification system in the game which notifies you about upcoming maintenance. Before the upcoming server shutdown an in-game notification is displayed as a timer in the upper part of the screen. 

We are determined to make the game better, so we'll definitely consider your suggestions about the time of maintenance announcements. Feel free to write us if you have any other ideas or suggestions.

the blue circle of death is back & or the system is so slow it's painful to play

Max failure of german server was 8h, since a week still blue rings. Take care!

how come the tower now has only 30k range???

Hi pipkin! Currently, we are focused on game optimization to make your gaming experience comfortable. The Navigator's search radius was reduced to improve the game performance. 

We appreciate your understanding. 

Thank you Ivar.  Would getting rid of the map showing all the kingdoms improve the game performance? It  is kind of interesting the first time you see it but I never actually "use" it. The extra range of the tower was much more useful.

Still not working, This is not nice anymore. I play for 4 years but I'm thinking about going to find a other game instead of this mess. 

I realize that server maintneance is important, I work in the IT world, however, more heads up and planning can help 

and that should be done and evaluate what your trying to accomplished, and then be translated to the rest of the players at least 24 hours before you just randomly start

No Tone? i hear nothing in Speakers?

It is several hours now and I still cannot bring up the Game. What is happening and why can't I Log IN. If I don't get back in soon my shields will expire and I will have lost all that I have worked so hard to obtain. What is wrong with Plarium? Anyone else having this problem?

Ben same problem, VERY unprofessional and I am being kind.  

I have a new problem Ivar: after the latest up date the lower part of the game is no longer on the screen - I cant access any of the lower shortcuts or the "claim all" for daily tasks etc. I play on PC with internet browser.

After major up grades you need to clear History tab on your internet browser so that you then down load the upgraded version. My problem having done that is that the upgraded version is enlarged and wont fit on my screen (mine is 18" screen). I have no access to lower icons - I can't get out of town view, cant see chat etc. But I can and have extended my town shield.

The problem basically is that the scroll down slider on the right hand side doesn't work!

The one along the bottom is fine.
