Okay I fixed my 77% bug. I don't know if it is fixed for good, but as soon as I did this my accounts logged in. I was using a second router, in addition to the main source of internet that came into my house -- to extend range and slots for multiple devices. I reset both routers, that didn't work. But I ran a direct line to my main source router and walla, was able to login.

So, if your having the 77% login bug, review your home internet system and look for any place where multiple ips addresses might conflict. I'm not a tech person, so maybe it was just coincidence, but just passing on what worked for me. Good Luck!

This is absolutely insane!  I've done everything, clear cache, cookies, browsing history, all my stuff is at the newest version, drivers and cards checked for updates and are fine.  I've reset my router, tried it on Firefox, IE and Chrome and it's all the same result.  Today, I was able to log on to what I call my main account and was playing for about 30 minutes, got booted and now get the connection error. 

Interestingly, I have two accounts and it's only happening on one.  The other one I can get into perfectly fine.  So, the issue isn't on my end at all.  It's on Plarium's end.  How else can you explain that?  I sent a ticket yesterday, no response as of yet.  I'm sure I will get the same cookie cutter response that tells me to do everything I've already done multiple times.  I'm losing points for my order in the wars, wasting my VIP bonuses, etc.  I get bugs and glitches occur, but this is just so random. How frustrating!

I see similar issue for 2 days.


When game starts to load until 70% or 77%, it displays an error saying "Connection error" with an error code "Connection lost".  I only have 2 accounts and only play the game on a single computer.  And I can log on to the other game (Vikings).  So the problem is specific to this game (Throne).


Please stop my account ASAP.  I don't want to lose the cities (due to peace treaty expiry) which it's not my fault.  Thanks.

Another frustrating day spent trying to login. I thought they fixed this!? You can't have a game dependent on shields/times and then have a bug that prevents you from logging in to extend your shield. And now, people are going to be forced to put very long shields on and be reluctant to drop shields for fighting. This will lead to less action and less willingness for people to spend money. Just pointing out how big a deal this 77% bug is and any bug preventing access.

Bugs are a reality for online games, players accept that and will adjust, but this bug is random and unpredictable.


There are too many other browsers game out there, if people can't login we/they will go to a new game.

COME ON YALL FIX THIS CRAP REALLY STUPID THAT YALL ARE REUSEING TO FIX THIS. I  GUESS ONCE WE STOP SPENDING YOU'LL GET OFF YOUR ASSES AND GET THIS FIXED. ALL THAT YOU SAY ABOUT CLEARING CASHE, TRY A DIFFERENT BROWSER, UPDATE BROWSER, ETC, ETC. IT DON'T WORK BUT I GUESS YOU FEEL BETTER BY POSTING THAT CRAP. EXPLAIN ON HOW THE 4 BROWSERS YOU CLAIM TO BE ABLE TO PLAY THE GAME. WEATHER IT BE FIREFOX, CHROME, EDGE, OPERA ALL SAY THE SAME THING ABOUT CONNECTION LOSS WHEN LOADING GETS TO EITHER 45% OR 77% PROGRESS. ITS NOT ON OUR END OF THE OPERATIONS OF GAME PROCESS.

Looks like it's happening to me too, loading up to 77% and "Connection lost". Should I bother to send a ticket?


EDIT: A router reset, restart PC sorted it out. I cleared cache before those actions.

Same problem here 77% then tells me connection error

I have tried all browsers and 3 different computers at different locations

Please get this sorted

If I am not in the game my shield will drop and then zero troops zero resourses

same for me … where is the plarium team.people post here but no reply and no communicate from plarium neither about the issue nor the compensations for looses 

I've also cleaned my temporary files, use the browser version and the app version( after reinstall), use other computers…. Nothing to do so the issue is not from our side

I don't agree WWO, as far as I understud your posting. -


I help myself, with the same solution (proxy server). It works now to put shield on, if the issue appears.

This after big loss (> 10 b Gold, many troops and more), because I coun't log in to put on city shield, due to this error! - This was quite frustrating and how Plarium handle this, is not acceptable in my opinion.

As I wrote, before (I used proxy, and this hint was from a user and not from Plarium) I tried all, checked every page I found and did the usual things (they tell you if they have no idea for help). Nothing helped.

- That I have to use a proxy server for running the game reliable, is new for me.


The proxy solution depends on the server you use. It may slow down your connection a lot. (...)
