Almost 24 hours later and still no game working - anybody have it working now? And if so, where are you and what are you playing on?

I have been having issues logging in since update. I have tried everything - including cache, different browsers, etc, etc.. but nothing solves the problem. Sometimes when I switch the server on the vpn I can get into some but I can't spend all day trying to find the "magic one" that lets the game operate as it should.

After six long hours of trying everything, it works fine again.
The support I got was (seemed like) an automated message, with general information, so not helpfull at all.

Yep and if you do get in .....
1 Errors in cant build up materials in the workshop
2 marches over run if sent out and log back in later (had one at 720k rss from a 388k march
3 rewards dont show on hitting assailants
4 Oh yeah and if the rss have actually finished on the tlle / camp ...will still show as being out and wont be able to send anymore marches ...
Probably more just fill my head with other stuff than remembering where the game is Broke hahaha

I got back in yesterday for an hour or so, then same bug came back so another 24+ hours with no game, this is BAD, email I received from support is to clear cache, etc, etc, which we've all done. They deny anything is wrong on their end.

I thought the problem was fixed because I was able to get on for a whole evening. The next day, it's back to the 77% error. I'm worried that my shield is going to run out and some people who are unaffected will take the opportunity to sack my city.

past 6:00 p.m. here on tuesday and still have the 77% load stop no connection bug error. Been hours now, better be a better free gift than the last time!

same for me … where is the plarium team.people post here but no reply and no communicate from plarium neither about the issue nor the compensations for looses

Same problem here 77% then tells me connection error
I have tried all browsers and 3 different computers at different locations
Please get this sorted
If I am not in the game my shield will drop and then zero troops zero resourses

Looks like it's happening to me too, loading up to 77% and "Connection lost". Should I bother to send a ticket?
EDIT: A router reset, restart PC sorted it out. I cleared cache before those actions.

The same problem here. i've rebooted my modem and it doesn't solve the problem.
77% with browser and plarium apps
90% with android
I started a new account to test and it works because i start in another kingdom.
when i want to came back to mine (72 Towerhoff) i have been disconnected
i tried to connect with my cellphone sharing a wifi connexion and it works … slowly but it works
so i hope it will be solve soon and hope it will help plarium

ALL THAT YOU SAY ABOUT CLEARING CASHE, TRY A DIFFERENT BROWSER, UPDATE BROWSER, ETC, ETC. IT DON'T WORK BUT I GUESS YOU FEEL BETTER BY POSTING THAT CRAP. EXPLAIN ON HOW THE 4 BROWSERS YOU CLAIM TO BE ABLE TO PLAY THE GAME. WEATHER IT BE FIREFOX, CHROME, EDGE, OPERA ALL SAY THE SAME THING ABOUT CONNECTION LOSS WHEN LOADING GETS TO EITHER 45% OR 77% PROGRESS. ITS NOT ON OUR END OF THE OPERATIONS OF GAME PROCESS.

I am having same issues listed above 77% then connection error when i can get in im in for like 5 min then it kicks me back out. Please Fix this or remove the update ever since the update things have gone bad!

Another frustrating day spent trying to login. I thought they fixed this!? You can't have a game dependent on shields/times and then have a bug that prevents you from logging in to extend your shield. And now, people are going to be forced to put very long shields on and be reluctant to drop shields for fighting. This will lead to less action and less willingness for people to spend money. Just pointing out how big a deal this 77% bug is and any bug preventing access.
Bugs are a reality for online games, players accept that and will adjust, but this bug is random and unpredictable.
There are too many other browsers game out there, if people can't login we/they will go to a new game.
