Option 2 , 100K food force limit for a simple reason , there are 778 beacon on the map , option 7 of 500K will help only the very big leagues which will be just 10 leagues or so who will be able to afford it while having a fortress , only 50 beacon at max will go up out of 778 beacons , all the middle leagues won't stand a chance , with the current bonuses and features , 500k food force limit can get up to 1.3 Billion offense and even more...
