my girlfriend has the same problem, but she has been banned from this forum for sharing her experience.

She has never used money for purchases in game and has now different interface than me - I buy sometimes.

My girlfriend is unable to play and no one cares. You just give fake advises and you know very well that they are no use. 

Similar thing happened to her during Christmas, when she was obviously banned for over a week and you gave her bad info. She spent long time (we conatcted Browsec, Google, Norton, internet provider) duting premium holidays just to find out that your info is total nonsense.

The point is that you on purpose change interface to some players and inspite of that you know that they are unable to play, you refuse to help them.

Jiricek, I can appreciate your love for bright colours, but the way your text formatting works break Forum Rule 3.6 - Type only in CAPITAL LETTERS (using Caps Lock) or use an irritating alternating CaPiTaLiZaTiOn of words. (as all your letters appear to be capital). 


On the point itself, we have provided all possible advice that your girlfriend can try. Otherwise, she will need to wait a bit longer as our Devs are already working on a fix.

Any updates on the issues with WebGL platform?  I'm unable to play for over 1 week.  I have almost 6 GB of RAM free, using a 64-bit OS.  Any update on progress from the devs would be appreciated.  Thanks.

I have the same problem loading up to 94% and does not want anymore. With a 64bit OS I have a 8GB RAM. Please help.

For those who have a 64-bit OS and are unable to play, make sure to do the following: 


1) Test to see if WebGL works on your browser.

 

2) Disable Flash as described in the original post of this thread. 

3) Install the newest version of Google Chrome. 

4) Make sure WebGL is enabled for your browser.

5) If none of the above steps help, install the Plarium desktop app.


Those who are on the 32-bit System can try the above steps except for the app as well. An update to the engine will be applied ASAP.

Disable WebGL Mac, Windows, Linux, Chrome OS, Android

Enabling this option prevents web applications from accessing the WebGL API. #disable-webgl

I don't understand, why enable this option if it prevents applications from accessing WebGL?  Wouldn't that result in the game not running using WebGL?


After enabling, game loads to about 50%.  When I disable, game loads to 72%, as usual.  Also, disabling Flash Player as instructed completely prevents the game from loading at all.  The advice given here seems counterproductive.

I understand that the app doesn't launch on your Operating System, though that is not something I think can be fixed quickly  The advice I gave was meant as options to try alternatively to the app.

If you can access the game on the app, please get your player ID for further investigation. For some reason I cannot find your game account by usual means.
