Don't they have introduce this because some hegemons would have complained some lazy people wouldn't participate and would just scavenge others' work ?

The forum is just the emerged 10% of the iceberg... So many people are complaining through support tickets you can't even imagine the crowd they represent.

Now two thoughts about this :

- As Killerjim proved, some hegemons are willing to help their members who are too weak to compete, by sharing those coalition rewards.

I think if some other hegemons would be more strict about participation, a choice should be given in the coalition dashboard, rather than this hard coded limitation. It should really be up to each coalition rules.

- Persian positions was especially not the right tournament to amend. Low levels (up to level 20 and more !) only grant 1 point per position !!! 

Beginners just stand no chance at all to compete there.

Only fair! Those of us who participate deplete our warriors and the burden shouldn't be on the same few. Sort of like the old fable about the chicken that was baking bread and all wanted to help her eat it, but no one wanted to help make it.
