It's a feature. you don't have a City name anymore. Only General's name.

Sometimes you'll get equipments, most of the time you get coffers and keys (that don't match) so you have to buy the keys to open the coffers and you end up with useless keys...

Moreover, this feature's aim is to entice players to play persians = to kill their troops = to revive them = to spend drachmas. Plarium probably noticed that most players had abandonned persians cuz they're crap unless you are a coiner, so they needed something new here. Sure we can spend 5 years building lights and heavies to eventually get a fully geared general but who will be playing in 5 years ? This system would be nice if it wasn't for the coffer/key part. Like play persians > get some equipment > nothing more ; but they had to add some money grab, again.

Of course, we can always not play persians and not get any bonus, which will increase the gap between big persian players (coiners) and regular players. They use the same system on Nords we know how it ends...

I have some questions: to what level it can boost the pieces of equipment of the general? There are differences in male general statistics or female?

Well.. Sparta was the name of a city.. and ALL cities have names.. 

Innovations, added content, new features is all good but this is just plain silly..

Doesn't change the fact that you have to buy keys or play millions of persians :) On Nords (where I do a lot of "persians") I have a ratio of 6 coffers for 1 key, which is pretty lame and forces me to throw away lots of coffers... I have done a bunch of persians here and I have about the same ratio...

Btw, if you want ppl to play more persians, here is a suggestion (freely given) : make sure the bank (or several banks) is/are visible, pretty easy to do and would be very convenient :)

Are coffers based on persian levels ? i heard somewhere they are...anyone know what coffer (for what unit type) from lvl to lvl ?

considering the most I have got is around 500 for breaking some armour. Is it really that much difference in upgrading, regardless of the strength of item? Seems like its a bug that needs fixing. 

Never in the field of Human Games, has so much been demanded from so few to so many. This is yet another way of Plarium charging us mere mortals to play a game which is deemed "FREE". Not only do they charge for the xtra slots, but the troop rewards in Position Take Over have been drastically reduced. Again, if you want to have troops you will have to buy them or spend real money to obtain game money to purchase the over inflated prices for basic troop resources.

Can u plz tell me at what level of  Persians it starts to drop items that bunuses all (light, heavy, phalanx and cavalry)?

Lvl 61 is the lowest I have found to give items to benefit all 4 classes of troops.

EDIT: Higher level give items which look the same and have the same name but give better bonuses so make sure you break the right ones.
