I have joined a former coalition after time away. The current and only Hege is inactive. I am stuck as I cannot promote myself and cannot start coalition challenges or missions. Does an inactive Hege get removed and how can I get promoted as I am the most developed of our member and longest serving as I invited others to join?

the answer you got is wrong when i check it i get a different calculation.A question about Guardians :

You can send me a PM with your cords, cords of your current Hegemon, server, screenshot where the majority of your Coalition members confirm they want to see you as a Hegemon.
After that I will be able to promote you to Hegemon position.

The information is not wrong.
If you have 3 Guardians placed at Pantheon or Capital, only Bonus of the strongest one will be applied to your army during the Battle.
If you have any other calculation, please post the screenshots.
You can safeguard your attacked city with psilos, this procedure is known as setting traps. Infact you can exploit the city's strongholds and murder more hostile units.
