At the academy, what does the maximum emporia research option do, and the veterency cost as well? I'm assuming the combat exp just makes them earn it faster the more it is upgraded. ThanksAt level 30 of the Emporia research, you unlock +1 Emporium slot that you can hold. And Veterancy allows you to spend less resources at upgrading the Troops at your Coalition's Pantheon.

Out of the normal decor, yes. I think some of the holiday-themed decor provides similar or higher bonus, but it is only available for a limited time during the appropriate season.
