1.  Your City's grain would be consumed by the psilos.
   

2.  The troop movement and resource movement speed get a boost which is same between friends, allies and coalition members. Allies are distinct from the other two because they can share battle reports and attack reports between them through the diplomacy report tab.
   

3.  The highest level of elixir we can make and apply is of level 12. Extracting lower level elixirs help in increasing their level as you can mix them with the new ones you make. For ex, you can extract your level 8 elixir and in future you can mix the new elixirs unlocked from chests to create another level 8 elixir, now you can mix the two level 8 elixirs you have got to create a level 9 elixir.

4. One can raid as many resources as they want in a week. It is subject to where you are raiding your resources from and how many raids you have left. You wont loot a particular city if you have already looted 50,000 resources from that city in a week.

5.  You are saying correct, we can collect resources from only 3 cities which we have besieged. Most players siege many cities so as to run for the siege rankings and also to keep certain cities as potential cities for future raids.

There is no 50k City Raid Limit per Week. 

The only Limit is the available Raids Attempts you have which is 10 per day Minimum.

The bonuses that will be brought to you using the marks of Athena, Hades and Helios are very big, hence their rarity.

Reducing the cost of Veterency status by upgrading this bonus allows you to pay less for upgrading your units with the Orichalcum in Pantheons.   

When at maximum level, improving the maximum emporia search bonus allows you to control one more emporia.

At the academy, what does the maximum emporia research option do, and the veterency cost as well?  I'm assuming the combat exp just makes them earn it faster the more it is upgraded. Thanks
