Anastasia - do you even believe the nonsensical message you have posted?

Packages could be bought by anyone at a reasonable price - now they can't.  Who was disadvantaged?  Anyone could use any currency to buy the packages.

Curious that the "common currency" makes packages more expensive - and sadly, that's the ONLY reason for this change.

Shame on greedy Plarium yet again.

Back in 2014-2015, there was hatred towards the 'coiners' in general as many users really wanted this game to remain 'play to win' rather than 'pay to win'. 

Eventually everyone accepted the norm. 

Couple of months ago I came to know about the inflation and impact of Argentine currency to our game. Those who had the knowledge for a long time before me/ us, they utilized it as a competitive advantage to the rest. 

Players pay in game not only to have a large/ strong army but to remain competitive with the rivals. I have spent more money in last two months than previous seven years combined. I saw a surge of neo-coiners in this time as well of which many will stop paying or at least reduce the expenditure significantly now. 

Today 81 ARS is equal to $0.87.

The small packs in usual currency are priced $9.90. I have talked to many players of different colaitions across the servers. But most of them are less likely to pay 1137.93% more.

It was never a problem if ARS never happened. But as it happened, the percieved value of the packs have decreased. Now rolling back to usual will be deemed costly.

As I love this game, I want to wish good luck to plarium.

Afin d'équilibrer pourquoi n'avez-vous pas passé toutes les devises en " ARS " ??
J'ais dépensé nettement plus via ARS qu'avant, beaucoup de joueurs de ma coalition, mais d'autres coalitions on fait la mème chose et beaucoup de joueurs qui ne dépensait jamais se sont mit eux aussi à prendre quelques packs et passe divers
Maintenant ils ne prendront de nouveau plus rien et pas seulement eux, mais aussi tous ceux qui achetaient régulièrement avant l'ARS
Ce qu'on demande est assez simple, une réduction des prix en euro ou dollars a la valeur des prix en ARS de cette façon tout le monde pourrais en profité de manière égal
Pourriez vous répondre tout simplement a cette demande.

Alors de 1: faut revoir les cours de marketings car en faisant sa plariuml meurt.

2: je veux payer en ars car j'ai un compte en argentine on fait comment c'est mon droit et pas le votre sa me regarde moi .

3: en temps de crise, on ne fais pas de pack a plus 99dollars surtout pour un jeu qui ne cesse de s'arrêter d'utiliser des drachmes.

4:on ne change pas une bonne méthode du jour au lendemain alors que tout le monde y gagner (petits joueurs, gros joueurs,plarium, franchement c'est ridicule.

5: et l'inflation dans certains pays comme vous dites, si on met plus cher c'est pas pour autant que les gens de ces pays pourrons se permettre d'acheter des pack , c'est logique.

Nous somme pas bête même si on ne fais pas de politique.

Pour ma part je depensai plus de d'argent avant sa que aujourd'hui je depenserai 0.

ARS or dollars, euro, it s not important. The final price is!

People bought in ARS because they consider as fair price for what they got. Now for the actual price, a big part of the Sparta's community find it s too expensive. 

You have two strategy to obtain money, put the price very high that just few players could afford or find logical to spend that or lower price that a lot of players could buy. Or more player you have, more they have fun and spend more at the end. If you have less player because many find too expensive to compare to other play (not Plarium) mean Sparta will die.  It' your choice!

Very difficult to purchase a product today that you paid 1000 times less for yesterday. I can't do it, and I won't. I'd feel very foolish if I did. I was overspending alot with ARS. In some ways, this a welcomed break in spending. Thank you Plarium!

Le retour aux prix standards (fin de l'ars), la non évolution du jeu (qui privilégie toujours largement la défense au détriment de l'attaque) et la non prise en compte de nos remarques par plarium (qui ne fournit que des réponses types sans apporter de solutions) nous amènent a la conclusion que nous ne sommes que des "vaches a lait" ! Si plarium souhaitent garder ses clients, il va falloir apporter des réponses + constructives et en phase avec nos demandes ! De nombreux joueurs ont décidé soit d'arrèter le jeu, soit de ne plus faire aucune dépense ! Notre coalition va dans ce sens et nous ne reviendrons pas sur cette décision tant que nous n'aurons pas obtenu gain de cause, a savoir des prix en euros ou dollars correspondants a ceux que nous avions avec l'ars argentin.

I really don't buy this "fairness" answer.  It was never a Plaruim concern when true coiners were gaining huge advantages over average players not because of skill but rather because of the cash they spent.  Many complained about how unfair this arrangement was and how balance needed to be regained.  Plarium response was to deny that spending money produce unfair results as anyone could buy which ignored the basic you need cash to be able to spend it.  Those with it and willing to spend it left average players far behind.

Along comes this ARS surprise that almost anyone could use to at least become competitive in the game.  Sure you may not catch up to major coiners but you were no longer hopelessly outclassed by them.  Some balance, some hope had been restored.

Those that seldomed or never purchased started too.  That led to more purchases and a lot of smalls adds up to more than one seldom or never purchase. Even at the reduced prices, not everyone could buy packages.  But, there were members in each coalition that could which helped their coals compete. Plarium had a great opportunity to restructure the dynamics of the game and breathe life on a dwindling flame so it could roar back to life while encouraging more players to buy, even if at decreased amounts.  That rekindled sense of fun and competiveness was leading many to play longer more often, and spend more than they usually had in the past.  Plarium's answer was to fumble this opportunity and squash this potential hopeful Renaissance of the game for the vast number of average players. I can almost can hear the true coiners cheering.

In my opinion, this has made it worse than it was before because many have now experienced how the game could be from what it was and has returned too.  Plarium will be very foolish to think average players will be satisfied to return to the "unfair" version of yesterday.  I'd be very curious to know how Plarium's revenue fairs over the next quarter.  Sure, drain the fun from the game, what could go wrong? The future for average players returns to its bleak past.

I'm very disappointed and I'm not alone.

In some way I am very dissapointed about the elimination of Ars coin, in the other way I am happy. Plarium Let's speak honestly with each other.

Plarium has Computer Artificial Inteligance department which told them that the revenue of Sparta game is reduced since the big shift in the Ars coin. Correct, no argue of that.

Actually I am part of the analysis result statistics, before the Ars I have spend tens of dollars, but the Ars affected my play by spending half the money i spend before, and I am sure many are like me. The good news for you Plarium is that I spend more time on this game after I could buy more troops and be more competitive.

Now you may predict that I will return to my previous amount of money or at least will not reduce it. Oh no, you are absolutely wrong, and this your AI department cannot not tell, so I am telling you directlly.

I will reduce my money spending to 0-20$, not sure of how much, didnt decided yet, but definately less compared to the Ars coinage, and this you can be sure many face the same decisions and result like myself.

My time on this game, which is daily connection for not small amount of time, will of course also be reduced.

For this I thank you Plarium, will have more money left and will have more time for family and other tasks, so not that bad decision for the players in a way.

In the long term it is a domino fall of cascading events. 

1) Players, tens of players at least, with more accounts effecting many coalitions, will leave the game in near future, especially medium and low spending money players.

2) Medium and small coalitions will disappear.

3) Heavy coiners will start to cut money or leave the game, some have mentioned exactlly that in this conversation thread.

The only advantage you plarium has here is the comunity of players dedicated to play and enjoy the time, with that you have also good revenue. Hear what the comunity stands for, or you will face the consequences.

As I started, what ever you Plarium will decide, i will be happy and enjoy the result either way, like all of us the players. But keep in mind, it is one of 2 options for many players and for the vast majority of the Sparta comunity, ars coin or no coin.

je vais suivre les instructions de mon hégémon de ne plus rien acheter, l'ars etait très bien.

Allons bon, voilà qu'on commencait juste à s'amuser sur le jeu que la société Plarium décide de bloquer les achats discount en ARS...

Les conflits COA tout le monde l'a vu ça bombardait, les jcj aussi... on pouvait enfin se faire un peu plaisir sur le jeu.

On se prenait des murs bah on pouvait espérer réa une partie de nos unités... mais non, que nenni, le "one shot" est revenu.... un mur et c'est la porte!

Mais enfin mettre des packs aussi chers maintenant? Vous êtes pire que les banquiers!

Le pire c'est qu'avec les ARS je dépensais plus qu'avant mdr...halalalala... Vilain, vilain Billou qui vous donnait plus d'argent!!

Ben maintenant ce sera nada, niet, que dalle, nothing. Faut pas me prendre pour un jambon.

Pour équilibrer faut mettre tout le monde au même niveau sur les achats effectivement, MAIS PAS SUR LES PRIX LES PLUS HAUTS!!!!

Have you ever considered that your game is ridiculously over priced and the packages that go for $100 to $330 are complete garbage? Maybe you should consider having big packages and never raise the top value of a package beyond $10. 

As for currencies and fairness. It isn't fair to charge someone in the United States some ridiculous and outragous price for a video game. I can think of far better things to spend that kind of money on.  

Until something changes no one will be playing your game anymore.
