Not working for me either, tried on PC, phone and Bluestacks, same issue, got to be something their end I am guessing?

It is not a pc- problem. I was in the game when it happened. Now waiting till they've fixed it. 

But it would be nice if Parium finally had an official message what's going on and how long it probably takes to fix the bug.

Sans the current maintenance issues.... this sounds like a networking issue... might be that your firewall is blocking the game. If not then it might be a port.

I  am  freezing  almost  every  other  battle  now    i  have  uninstalled  and  reinstalled game.  its  happening  on  battle  and  when  ranking  up  character.  ANY  fix  ?
