Refferal program not working at all my friend downloaded the game through the link I sent her and she said she’s over level 10. But I have not received any rewards at all. She followed the link directly 


Please help.

I had both of my kids add the game through my text messages, and neither one was added to my account. One of them was a brand new iPhone. Any help getting them connected would be great!

My friend used my referral link but it is not showing his progress on my referral page and not giving me any rewards

Hay there - same problem here with one of my friends.

Guessing (after reading the Moderator's post) that we have fallen victim to 'reason 1'


***1. The player that has accepted the invitation link and followed it to install the game has internal anonymizer activated for his/her phone, so we cannot identify the device for connecting it in the system.***


Is there a way to resolve this for linking my friend to my referral rewards or is it something that I can only try to avoid in future?

Well, thanks for looking into it anyway - but with a problem this persistent and present perhaps it's time to look at changing the system?

If something fails a significant amount of the time, then it cannot be considered to be working as intended.


Other games have a system where you can enter the ID of the player who referred you or done method of directly gifting a select list of 'Friends' on a fault basis - perhaps something similar would be more efficient?

I have sent two referrals, both of whom have downloaded the game through the link, and I have not gotten anything for either person.   The second is my brother, who is literally sitting about 8 feet away from me.   He definitely has never played, never installed it before, and used the link in the referral.

I sent a referral,  my friend used the link and got his rewards for accepting.  They are not showing up on my refferal page.

Same as the guy above me. I sent a friend refferal link which he used to get the game. He got the reward on lvl 10 for playing with my ref link, but i got no rewards :(

Used referral from my wife, but it isn't showing up properly.  I've only been playing for like an hour, so I don't mind remaking, however I've already linked Amazon Prime.  


1) Is it possible to remake and try the referral again?

2) If I do that, can I somehow get the Amazon Prime benefits reset so I can link to the new account?

I have referred 3 none are showing up. I’m not sure what exactly to do. Open a ticket on it? All 3 play daily and all 3 are in the clan I started. I don’t know what to do. I know they used the link I sent them, I watched them do it.

I'm having the same issue. Deome is my in game handle and the first person I invited was my friend FoxholePA. I WATCHED him get the link, download the game, and start playing while we were at breakfast. No rewards. Then today I invited another buddy on an iPad. Last time when I put in a ticket they said they don't compensate for issues like this and that it was probably because one of us was on a VPN (which wasn't true). SO this time I was on my iPhone (no VPN) and the friend was on an iPad (no VPN) and he followed the email link, downloaded, installed, starting playing...nothing. Level 10...nothing. I don't understand why this just isnt' working but would very much like my compensation. My first friend is almost level 50 now and we have both  missed out on all of those shards!

I got my brother to download using my link .

I have had no referral perks he is level 30 now .

Having issues here too. :(


I'm really enjoying this game so I had my friends try it out as well. 0/3 referrals have worked. All have been on new devices, two were on the same Play Store account as they're my younger siblings (I guess this is the problem?? Unbelievable if it is) and one was on a PC.


Hope to get this solved soon. :)

Sent my friend who is/was sitting next to me, the referral link. I watched him click it, and watched him get to level 11 account wise as he was sitting next me playing the game as well, he got the bonuses for using the link, but I got no bonus for him hitting level 10.

I’m having the same problem. Sent link to friend who downloaded from link in front of me. Now we’re high 30s and no loot. Is there anything being done about this problem?

Also, I need help figuring out what's up with my wife and daughter's accounts so I can get the rewards also but I'm not sure what levels they are at right now. Finally, it's not like I'm a whale but I have spent some money on this game just to give you an idea of the fact that I'm a paying customer.

If you didn't receive a reward, it means that they didn't use the referral link to install the game or the game was previously installed on that device.



Both of the requirements are mandatory if a player wants to receive the reward.



The referral system is automated and we don't have an influence on it.




In this case, you will have to invite new players to get the rewards.

I know the referral link sent to the text message was used because I was the one that physically did it. I sent it from my phone took their phone and downloaded via the text message sent on all three. So I know all 3 were done properly and nothing from all three. I’m not sure how else this would


Have been done. I mean honestly they don’t even play it was me managing their accounts so that I could get the rewards. That’s why and how I know it was all done correctly. Please help figure this out.

So now that they have an account and that the app has been downloaded to their phones, off the referral link I sent them by the way, I can pretty much NEVER utilize them as a referral? The automated systems is either broken or not working so what am I supposed to do now?

So I can pretty much NEVER use their phones as a referral now. That’s absolutely ridiculous. So the links I sent them and I’m not kidding when I say I’m 100% absolutely positive that I did it all correctly on all 3 phones and now I can’t ever use them for the referral system that’s broken on your end? This has to be some kind of cruel joke for your paying customers like me. I don’t get how you guys can just give a free Dracomorph away to someone that throws a tantrum online but you cant fix this issue I’m having with a legit part of the game. It’s not like I’m asking for something free. I put the time in on all 4 accounts if you include mine so that I can get the rewards and you don’t want to even try and help. Maybe if I throw a tantrum you guys might help me? I’m so freaking irritated right now. All I ever get from “support” if that’s what you want to call it is “oh sorry we can’t do anything about anything but we’ll sure take all your money”. So now that I’m done throwing a fit let see if I have a Dracomorph if I ever log in again. THANKS FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
