You seem to be misunderstanding the main question.

1) I watched a bunch of videos of openings, calculated, and got a strange result indicating that some champions appear more often.

2) I'd like to find a fact-based refutation here, or data that I could also calculate and obtain a neutral result.

3) If my result repeats, I simply don't see the point in using the casino, because at this point, it's no longer enjoyable for me.

I don't make conspiracy theories, but I can draw my own conclusions based on the data

If you consider the people who made the calculations, even if they're incorrect, to be conspiracy theorists, you don't understand what that word means. My advice to you is to research what conspiracy theorists are, otherwise you look like a schoolchild who just learned a new word.

When a gaming platform impliments a "mercy system", because their RNG is so low, then you know they are ripping people off.

It would be better for a mercy system to not be necessary. That's the entire point of my comment. Changing the RNG to allow for better odds would not dilute the game at all. It's just a scam to sell shards. 

Nothing but rares from the last 6 ancient shards and a rare from void. Your rate is f'n horrible. No wonder people leave. I won't be spending like that anymore.

Pulling shards particularly sacred was exciting until mid game. After that for me it's the least interesting part of playing raid.currently have 42 sacred that I couldn't give a toss about because 80% of those will just be Crap.

There are far more interesting things to do in the game than getting more legendary champs, i much prefer playing around trying to improve the rubbish I've accumulated.
