Its so frustrating.  Live Arena could be far and away the most fun arena game mode.  Friendly battles = Community Tournaments with restricted rules.  Seasonal permanent banned champs or rarities.  Boosted stats for certain types.  Gimme something. 

They actually adressed this fairly early after the rollout of LA, and stated that they were not going to do periodic variable/tighter restrictions for LA for fear of alienating players.

Goes hand in hand with them tellting the CCs that they were going to back-burner friendly battles because they didn't think players would use it.    

Yeah, the good news is friendly battles haven't been a popular request for years. 

Comes up on Discord every couple of days. Mad Mare keeps telling people it is in the works, but I don't think that is accurate.

Could be something we see next year but afaik nothing concrete.

I feel for you bud, I really do. You know, a team like would be something you expect to see in LA Gold 4. Not anything below that. My son has posted here with the same issue.

Will you run into whales and krakens on your way up the ladder? Sure, it sucks that they start at the bottom and have to work their way up too. But a frecking bot DOES NOT deserve that team. That is NOT the average players team below gold 4. Frankly, it's stupid and drives players off from the game.

You know, I've been playing this game for 4 years now and my account is level 100. I have more than enough legends and mythicals to fight in Gold 4. However, some of these forum lurkers don't understand that they have it easier compared to someone that's been playing under a year. I keep hearing them say "make your team better", or "get better gear". A player under a year MIGHT have 10-12 lv 60's in that time AND they're trying to fight in all aspects of the game, NOT just LA. The whole reason they do LA is because of the rewards of good gear, improving their Great Hall, and earning Primal Shards. Those three things CAN NOT be accomplished anywhere else in the game. Sure, great challenges bring great rewards. But not impossible challenges that new people can't do.

Funny to watch when 95% Player have 100 lv when u play 6 months.  Probably most people play only for the rewards, not for fun. 

I just came back from early Thanksgiving and my 14 year old nephew laughed at me when I told him Raid was better than Cookie Run Kingdom...  I was told nobody his age will ever play that game because the kids want to collect champions and PVE, not be forced into PVP.  These are the future payors, nevermind the money he spends now at 14 on CRK.

Cuz of Thanksgiving weekend here in the north, I went 1/6 before I ran out of time. 

Lost 3, the bot had a NAIS!  If I was VP of player retention, I would be firing the people creating bot teams that kill the players.

As fas as new players go, you are totally on point about the diffculity of climbing LA as a newish player.  IMO, Plarium opens LA way too soon, which sets an expectation that the player should be ready for that content, and most clearly are not.

I had a "MooredRat Murder Bot" tonight, but they did not have a speed lead, so it was easy enough to ban Hegemon and then bomb them.  TBH, it looks like the exact same Bot as yours with a different name.  The toon selection and awakening levels are identical.

What kind of speeds are you running?  Without a speed lead on the Bot, I would think that you would have been able to go first?

There's no one "creating" bot teams, they're cloned player accounts.

It just picks a player, copies over thier champs and gear, slaps on a fake name and runs on auto.

Doubt we'll see it before then.  Im sure its all hands on deck for December (prolly) content drop.

You would just get 10x many complaints that the content is unfairly locked...

Expectations lowered to be happy with whatever free rewards you can grab while knowing the top is not obtainable. Aka git gudder  ;)

Oh yeah. I'm not holding my breath on a timely release :)

Hi, having a devil of a problem in live arena, it used to show the aura value when you clicked on the champ, now it doesn't. The little running stick man in the champ picture tells me nothing, my team is a nuke team and need first shot to win. So I always block the fastest aura. Unfortunately due to their being 50m different champions I am no longer able to make an informed choice in who to block. I block who I think is the fastest and lo and behold a new champion with a 1b speed aura stomps me. They need to reverse this update it serves nobody, or limit the pool of choice to just a few champions, maybe just the starter champs and Arbiter. 

Always said, there is a ridiculous amount of different champions in this game, yet they keep adding more and more and the game gets more and more tedious.

Yup its a known bug.  I believe the fix is in the works. 

I just want to finish the advanced quest... Lose three only to get mudstomped by the bot. It's happening too often, and sometimes I get four mythicals.
