I'm waiting for my Genbo, I guess there is no news?

Genbo not received yet, getting an error attempting to use the code (after the first day that is).

I don't know about everyone else but I'm still not able to claim the prime drop. It keeps saying invalid code. 

I am still receiving the invalid code error both in game and trying the online link here on Plarium to collect Genbo. 

I have checked the inbox and there is nothing yet. I did receive the items they sent out this morning for errors in the game, so I know that my inbox is working at least.

I did not get the Champion, after numerous tries during the weekend and today, always geting invalid Code. Any more suggestion?

I even deleted the game, and when I downloaded it again I lost the end price for Forge season 6

If you are still having trouble as of Monday Feb 6th, please DM me your UM# here in the DMs here on the Forums. If it is already in this thread, please when you DM me, tell me you have already posted it here in the thread and save me some work and time. Everyone who is supposed to get one will get one, but this process isn't going to be instantaneous. I have to collect all of your info, get it over to the Devs, and then they have to start going through the list.
