I have just tried again as it didnt work for me and it says code expired??

While this is a wonderful theory, I'm seeing reports of players gradually receiving their Genbos on the Discord server. So yeah, this shall require a little more patience.

I just tried entering my prime promo code again after giving my account a day to catch up and genbo still isnt in my inbox. I waited a few hours today as well and tried my promo code again but it says that I have already collected.

So if we are getting invalid code, our only option is to wait until Monday? Just want to be sure...much respect and appreciation for the moderators here.

Yes. That is the case. Because everything is settling out, we'll get it resolved then (I expect it will resolve much sooner for most though).

Ive got same, code is invalid. No matter in game/website , inbox empty...

Don't worry... as I said above...The website is not an actual fix, even if it "worked" for someone else. I also applied for the drop, and being a very very old gamer i thought i might have mucked it up as i also have not received him, though i saw a note to check my mail, but that it wont happen quickly. However during the process i received the messgae game having issues and then it froze. Look forward to a succesful mail drop in the future

I am also one of the affected.  No inbox additions yet, and when I try the code that Prime gave me now it reports as invalid.  Waiting patiently for slow servers :)
