To Cirilla and Marius,

With much of the comments coming forth regarding the long awaited update, features, etc being pretty negative I wanted to just drop a quick note thanking you two for the work you do to connect with the community. 

I realize the difficulty in trying to address a very passionate player base, and while sometimes communication has been a challenge I have still appreciated the work that you are doing to try to connect with the players.  While my history with the game has not been as long as many others (roughly 4 months now)  I have appreciated the quality of the game that you and the developers have put forth.  As with anything there is always room for improvement and I look forward to seeing those improvements occur.

Here is a short list of features that we have been developing. They are due to be released in the nearest future:
- 6* and Legendary Artifacts

- Artifact Upgrade items

That will be the most convenient way to get them for certain. I am not yet sure if balance will change, though it's possible you'll have a tiny chance to get Rank 6 Artifacts from Stage 10+ as it is shown now (mind you, I suspect that will change).

It must be really awful been repeatedly stripped off credibility affront of whole community by you own team... I lost my trust in any info coming from community management because it seems like you cannot trust your source either.  It said to say but Raid's project manager would already been moved to toasters programming group if working for serious developer.

Now, let me arise new question; can we expect the game will be fully functioning after update? Or should we expect something even worst that 1.7 issues? (still in debt, btw) Maybe,  just maybe, best for everyone would be call it for next month or two and have that done correctly, compensate 1.7 meanwhile and hope that company image will rebuild over time.
Right now, I know nobody who would recommend Raid to someone.  Sad but true. Also limit of my acceptance is nearly over. I stopped paying for any goods and services month ago and now I am ready to go and don't come back.  But I am just a small figure in statistics of course...

If it's not released by next monday or Tuesday they will prolong it another week because they run skeleton crew on the weekends. If it's released Wed/Thursday it will only give them a day or so to fix bugs that arise from 1.8 update and they probably won't do that.

I'm being optimistic that it will be released next week but I'm really expecting it to be pushed to the week after.

The Plan for „Next week“ was two Weeks ago already. This week was the „when IOS Confirms the update-week“ (which Takes Max 48h). 

Stop Complaining and either say a Correct Date that Does not change Evers week you players are waiting For it or that you do not know Cause they did not develop so far, just brainstorming, no one in the Company Eber was Programming a Game on the Long run- sarcasm off! Sorry for that. 

A somewhat angry, somewhat bored Player. (When to bored, i will leave- stopped imvesting money Long ago- Maybe continue, when devs Start to deliver things they promise Evers week.

As someone who has been playing for over 8 months I think I have a right to gripe . Dungeons have always shown a possibility of 4 to 6 ★ gear , a lie ! Load screens were changed to display legendary and 6★ gear , a lie ! Faction wars were added as an upcoming feature many months ago , far too soon if it wasn't near ready . The teaser for the " new " fusion was first hinted at on Apr 4th on the official Facebook page . The phrase " in the nearest future " without any qualifiers such as " in the nearest possible future " or just " in the near future "  is a lie , because " the nearest future " has come and gone the moment you say it "

I have been playing for 4 months ... lv 58 ... 0 legendary ... 7/8 epics and all rare ... little chance of having shard and sopratuttuo to have legendary ... I started that to make the clover fusion missing a week .. impossible for me ... since then nothing ... I'm really embittered and see low level players have 4/5 legendary ... and I'm still with goals because you can not go on ... dungeon lv20 ? where am I? in short I have no more words to describe this discomfort, if you don't pay you can't have good champions this is the real problem and honestly it's a real scam.

I also played 4 months ago, but i'm deeply frustrated by the developers at Plarium. When i was still new 4 months ago, i believe that faction war is coming soon, i''m certain that visual/skill bugs/crash issues will be promptly fixed. I believe in the indexes and farm for my 6 star equipment, i thought the under-valued packages offered to me is a mistake. 

Past few months all i see is really just ,coming soon, follow our Facebook, subscribe to our YouTube, refer your friend, create Plarium ID, watch our new YouTube videos, and HOT OFFERS. It's clear to me what Plarium focus were. 

"We’ll soon be releasing some huge, exciting updates and undergoing some major changes. To minimize any potential issues, we ask all players to connect your game to a Plarium ID as soon as possible." --May 13th 2019
