Hey, everyone! Here is another update from the fields. Not all news are good, I am afraid.
We were unable to prolong the Tournament due to technical reasons (it just brings too much trouble right now). Dev Team is going to take this into account and they are already working on a system that will allow to avoid the same issue and, once the changes are deployed, be able to prolong Events and such in case of major technical difficulties that impact the players' ability to participate. This is not an ideal decision, I know, but there really was no other choice. Had it been possible, I have no doubt the Tournament would have been prolonged.
We are planning to provide compensation later today if everything goes as planned, or ASAP if it does not.

Thank you for the info! It does seem like Samsung phones are in the risk zone. Mine seems to be working alright, but I know other people who have the same model and have similar issues to what you are describing. May i suggest to the devs to put a "doublecheck" somewhere in the code, so that if the loading does not complete (due to any reason), the fight is not counted at all, energy (or tokens) are refilled back and most of all arena does not count as a loss? It happened me once while fighting one of the devs teams in the arena (with a score much lower than mine) and i lost like 60 points due to the freeze.

To be put in the idea box : push system notice into the chat like "System maintenance will be at 11pm GMT" so players don't freak out when they are disconnected from server ;)

you said there are ev. some probs with Samsung devices : i play on a galaxy tab a with Android 8.1 and i have some ocasionly disconnects when loading a battle .
1. The game freezes completely and needs a restart.
2. During the loading of a battle it falls back to android startpage
At both crashes the invested energy or cb-key is gone and there are no error messages
It can also happen at the end of the battle and then battle results are also not counted.
No complaning just as Information.
Hello, I play on the Galaxy s10 plus, this morning I was doing a routine farming session which I do every morning at 5 a.m to get the most out of my energy because on my way to work my energy gauge fills back up so I can play at work. Today my game has not let me sign on since about 7 a.m is this somthing that other people are dealing with as well? I've read the forums and I see people have been dealing with this issue the last three days but I've only experienced crashes and freezes but today its total blockage
Today my clan does a purge and if I dont attack the CB at some point today I will be kicked out of the clan, i like my clan.
SincerelyPeople, don't be so greedy. I think today's compensation is quite good. We've got 6 days of double exp and even some diamonds. Has anyone seen compensations like this before? And 4 keys are a lot (I only lost one, just because I was told not to use it during maintenance. So I only replenished 1 key during night instead of 2).Thanks for this.
But It's annoing that today we still get disconnected at random times without any notification about maintenance :(
game is still crashing for me all 3 to 5 arena games .. can't login cause "connection failed"
I'll never buy any week package or shit like that again! All day packages (on the 7th day the holy splinter should finally be there...) since your update after day 4, gems, splinters, energy all lost... You have betrayed me!!

You're getting it "fixed" but are you going to compensate people who were affected and bothered to keep playing? Or am I just wasting my time playing this game.
