During the mentioned two and a half years, we released multiple Mechs, Weapons, and stuff. Step by step, the balance has been changing (not being broken, though). Now, the time has come to optimize Arc Torrents and Disc Launchers. It's nothing new or special, but we are trying to minimize such a practice
So it took this long not because you are trying to sell pod gun, which for some reason you still won't concede is suspiciously similar to disk launcher and again have glossed over it as an important point, but because of a number of weapons released since which you haven't had luck selling? Have I got that right? Because we players said all that time ago that's what would happen. The meta wasn't being broken by much because it was already freaking broken.
If I'm wrong, explain what you mean and what it has to do with disc launchers not being changed for two and a half years because it doesn't make sense to me. I see no good reason it should take that long. I understand you're trying to minimize the practice of NERFing items, but the time to change disc launchers was 2 years ago. A weapon being problematic for 6 months is long enough. Not after 2 and a half years and NOT WITH THE RELEASE OF A WEAPON THAT DOES THE SAME THING BUT THIS ONE IS BETTER NOW BECAUSE OF THE CHANGES BEING MADE TO THE OLD WEAPON!
And if you're trying to minimize the practic, WHY INCLUDE ARC TORRENT WHICH HASN'T BEEN CONSIDERED PROBLEMATIC SINCE RELEASE OF EM RIFLE?
