Plarium took £8.99 out of my account yesterday to pay for the raid pass as I have been for the last two months, it says my raid pass is active as seen below.

However, I only got 30 battles for today, used them up as seen in the image below and it did not give me any extra. When I reloaded it was still only 0 and my additional 70 had not been added.

When is this going to be fixed and when will I get my 70 multi battles returned as it is the main reason I pay for this pass.

Dude the game had been falling apart with bugs taking weeks to fix and absolutely no communication from PLARIUM on the issue at all. No responses to emails, no responses to support tickets, and any response on here in the forums is just some "were working on it" bs with no beta or official update on the fix.

They still havent even fixed the potion mission bug that they claimed was.fixed despite numerous people still posting about encountering it. Going on for over a week now. Because screw your player base I guess, just keep wasting your resources, which many used REAL LIFE MONEY TO OBTAIN, trying to accomplish a broken mission.

100% I had another issue last week, the damage I hit on the clan boss was worth the last chest, but it gave me the wrong chest, I made a support issue and heard nothing back. Even a bit of compensation to keep us all happy until they fix the issue, but we literally get nothing...

Same issue here. Only 30 default multi battle. Please help to check on this.
