Ever since the update when live I haven't received the full 70 extra multi-battles from my Raid Pass.
Day 1 - 100
Day 2 - 100
Day 3 - 30
Day 4 - 55
I've submitted 2 different support tickets about this but have gotten no response. How do you get any customer support? Is going to Apple to request a refund for the subscription our only option at this point?

Our devs are working actively on fixing the bug where you only get 55 Multi-battle attempts instead of 100.
I too am not getting 100 multi-battkes wuth Raid card.
Again still only 55 multi-battles today.

We should get at least get the multi-battles attempts we did not get as well as energy to try to catch up with the current fusion event. The only way anyone can do this fusion event if we actually had the 100 multi-battles daily from our Raid pass. Lucky I already had the Mystic Hand from the Spider Event otherwise I'd already be out of the fusion event already.
Same boat. Multiple days of only getting 55. Any idea of a timeline on getting this fixed?

Sezzy, is there a ETA for this fix? I have not received my Raid Pass extra battles for the 5th straight day now. It's getting upsetting logging in every reset to find it's still not resolved yet.

This is disgrace! I'm not getting what I have paid for. And experience has been cut down, evidently especially for the event. Good work, Plarium. I think we all expect thick compensation.
