I also did not receive the loot. I got the energy. It says collected but it never dropped. My ID is um25598702 25161897. You can check and see it never went into account. When it happened; there was a pop up that stated collected that quickly went away but the monies never appeared. Please fix and add.

I went and collected the 40 greater potions and 3 epic tomes and all I recieved was the tomes. I got none of the potions

I collected amazon prime rewards today and NO loot. I haven’t had a problem before. I got no potions or tomes. Please help. My user number: um12459610 | 12280304

I was signed in to Amazon. Tried logging out and logging back in and still no change. The Amazon reward area in Raid says I collected the rewards today, but I did not receive rewards. Hoping to have this rectified soon.
